The office was very clean and inviting. This was my first time back in this office in 5 years and it's still well kept. I saw Sam today and she was great. She was very patient and thorough with details tailored for me and my care. She made me feel comfortable. I was examined by the new Dr. Roupp. He was great as well and a pleasure to meet. These two put a plan together to better my dental health and helped me understand it well.

I've been going to Dr Kellerman for more than a decade. I've never had a bad experience, or felt like I needed a second opinion. Even though I have moved to Maryland Heights Missouri, I still drive all the way to glen carbon because my experience has been so excellent. Highly recommend!
Also, they do a great job of handling covid procedures, check in is all done via text so I don't even need to fill out paper forms.

Update June 2020 - went for my 6 month teeth cleaning. My mouth feels as though I have sparkles in it! I feel like I have gone to visit the spa for my teeth. Such a fantastic job!
The staff are friendly, it is clean and they are very thorough. I am glad to have found them. Today was my third visit and I always feel very relaxed when I leave.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kellerman for about 3 years and have never had a problem with them. The staff has always been very nice to me as well as the dentist.
Until last week. I had a scheduled appointment and I had to cancel my appointment the morning of my appointment. I understand that they have a 24 notice policy.
When I called to cancel my appointment, I had to leave a message because the office was not open and in my message I explained to them that I was having chest pains and was on my way to the emergency room.
So over the weekend, I received a bill for the $25 missed appointment fee.
I called the office and explained to the receptionist that I was in the emergency room with chest pains. It seemed like she was ignoring me while I was explaining the situation, and when I was done, all she could say was "we have a policy".
I asked if I could speak to the office manager regarding this. She said she would give her a message, and it's been over 24 hours and have not heard back.
NOTE TO THE OFFICE:
If you want to keep your patients, you have to realize that there are circumstances that do happen and are more important than having your teeth cleaned.

What an amazing place. Awesome staff who make you feel welcome and relaxed. When we got there we were immediately greeted with a smile and shown around the building. My hygienist Alyssa was very welcoming and understanding. She explained everything in detail and listed to my concerns, the cleaning was easy and painless. Afterwards Dr. Kellerman checked my teeth and explained the plan going forward. Very positive experience and glad we decided to go with them as our family dentistry group!

I love Dr. Kellerman's practice. They are efficient and kind. The hygienists and dentist are freaking amazing people. They don't shame you. They tell you what they can do to help you and as is expected always remind you to brush twice a day and floss. They take care of my household and then some. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about them to show the proper appreciation.
