What more can I say then those who have written before me?
I have been looking for the right fit for years and I saw a review saying how helpful they were to someone with anxiety. Since I have the same issue I thought I'd schedule an appointment and see how things go.
Cons:
...I didn't find any.
Pro:
1. The phone consult was a breeze and the person who scheduled my appointment listened to the issues I have and was very Empathetic.
2. The place was easy to find and spot from the road.
3. Easy access and plenty of parking.
4. Easy Kiosk sign in
5. Empty waiting room which says they book their appointments with enough room to keep people safe during this pandemic.
6. Patient rooms were occupied by every other room so no one was close to the other while there.
7. My dental hygienist was so Compassionate and explained all my options and even handed me the suction wand to help me reduce my anxiety. She asked specific questions to understand my trauma and anxiety so she could better offer a system that would keep me calm. She explained everything she did and ask my permission to enter my "bubble" which really helped since personal space violations is where most of my trauma comes from. Because of the gentle care she took it was easy to see Dr Will when he came in. I was so happy that she could create a tailored experience so help me overcome the anxiety. She was so calm that I eventually calmed down and trusted her in my space.
8. Doc was awesome. He had good humor and was quick and gentle.
9. They only offer tooth colored fillings (see the pic I shared)
Overall, this is the best dentist I ever had. I'm no longer afraid of the dentist, as long as I have Sunset Hills Family Dental on my team.

All of the staff is really nice. I’ve never had a long wait. The Dentist here is very knowledgeable and kind. I switched to him from my previous dentist due to insurance right after finding out I had 6 cavities and he found several more my previous dentist missed. He tries to fill them while they’re small and I’ve appreciated the care taken in my treatment. I’m always anxious while being worked on and both the dentist and staff have been good at picking up on it and stopping intermittently for me to breathe for a minute and extra suction.

I’ve had horrible experiences with dentists throughout my childhood and into my early adult life. It made me anxious and even fearful to trust a dentist, which led to my teeth not getting the proper attention and care needed periodically by a dentist. That’s until my wife and sister-in-law convinced me to visit Dr. Williams at Sunset Hills Family Dental. After a couple of visits, I finally noticed Dr. Williams being different from the other dentists I’ve dealt with over the years. He has been very patient and has done everything possible to put me at ease and takes everything serious when it comes to any anxiety or discomfort I might be experiencing. In my mind, Dr. Williams has so far performed a miracle to improve my teeth health and I’m on a slow recovery to fixing problems that I neglected over the years. Is he the best? I wouldn’t know since I’ve avoided his profession like the plague for many years lol but, I believe he could be one of the best in the area. I know I’m not so anxious and fearful of going to his dentistry for appointments now, which gives me hope that there are other dentist out there with his same qualities. Final note, his team that work along with him at the dental office are always friendly and professional. They have gone out of their way to make me comfortable as possible. If you’re like me, paranoid or scared of visiting the dentist, definitely try this dental office. Coming from a gulf war veteran and retired law enforcement, I don’t readily trust people but, I do trust Sunset Hills Family Dental and hope you’ll give them a chance if you’re like me…

While we didn't do too much work, as my initial reason for a visit led to me getting referred to an oral surgeon, I am very pleased with my visit. Staff was kind and had a wonderful attitude and helped me get set up to visit again and start getting myself on track to regular appointments and cleanings. Thanks so much for the help!

The team is always kind, friendly, and respectful. I would highly recommend this group. From the time you enter the office, until the Dr says you are good to go. And they are always prompt to your appointment time. I have never had to wait.
