From the young lady at the front desk to the assistant doing the x-ray and up to the dentist all were very nice and professional. The issue I have is that I asked specifically if they accepted my insurance for dentures over the phone as not to waste anybody's time and was told yes. When I arrived I asked again and was told yes. Filled out paperwork and got x-rays and examined only to be told by the dentist they don't cover for dentures and will have to pay out of pocket. Hmmm sounds like a bait and switch to me and it's been happening to me lately. You got your slice of the pie hope+ it's worth it. I'm going to report you to the network from which I found you. That wasn't very nice, there goes the professionalism out the window.

I have been seeing Dr. Patalia for the past couple years and indeed he is one of the best dentists that I have come across. Dr. Patalia did an amazing job removing my mercury fillings. He went above and beyond to perform the procedure with least discomfort and refill the teeth with great precision. He did an excellent job reviewing the x-rays and explaining the procedure. Dr. Patalia’s team is very courteous, proactive, professional, and friendly. His commitment to providing excellent service and treating with passion is one of the main reasons why I have chosen Dr. Patalia as my dentist.

The day after Halloween my 9 year old daughter had a really bad toothache. I called Reflection Dental for an emergency appointment. The receptionist was really professional. When I made it in the office all the staff was very welcoming. My daughter had to get a tooth pulled. The dentist was very professional and patient. The whole team made it painless for her. As we left she asked if we can reflection Dental our new dental office? I told her of course!!!

Dr. Patalia is a rare find. Besides being professional, courteous, and caring, him and his staff Miss Rosie and Mel have a great sense of humor. Yes you heard me a great sense of humor that put you at ease. Where do you find that in a dentist office. If you have financial woes and concerns, he helps you with those two. He actually listens to your concerns and answers your questions in a way that you understand. You leave there fully informed. He’s not looking to head out the door a few minutes after he enters and you know we all have encountered a doctor like that. After reading this review I hope you check Dr patalia out and I know you won’t be disappointed. He truly is a rare find.

If I could give this place zero stars i would. I would not send my worst enemy to get work done by Dr. Patalia. I had a root canal done by him that went bad shof two years old due to poor work. Ended up having to get an extraction done. Dont let this guy touch your teeth unless you want to lose them. I dont know who's giving him great ratings but it's not his patients.
