All of the staff was very friendly and your greeted as soon as you walk in the door. The dental equipment is all very up to date and more advanced than other dental offices I've visited. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist to give Dream Dentist a try you won't be disappointed.

I must say I had an amazing experience at Dream Dentistry. They really took it upon themselves to provide more then a dental visit, but a quality experience that makes you want to come back. The doctor and staff are extra attentive and caring. If your having a bad day and you happen to have an appointment at Dream Dentistry you will surly forget while your there. From the extra clean premises, to the customer service, to the actual experience you have in the dental chair having you teeth worked on, its all amazing. These people certainly care about there patients and reputation. I'm not big on giving reviews but people usually slam businesses for one thing or another. This practice really stands out and I had to take the time to let somebody know. For once in my life I'm looking forward to going to the dentist. Thank you Dream Dentistry!!!

If you decide to get ClearCorrect through Dream Dentist, make sure you take a good look at the contract. I was signed up for the “unlimited” plan, but Dr. Thompson refuses to provide the retainers I am entitled to (which is new retainers for 5 years at no cost). She advised me in June that my retainers will last for 5-10 years if I take good care of them. ClearCorrect’s website clearly states that retainers should be replaced every 6 months because they are plastic and will wear out over time. She never discussed retainers or maintenance with me and did not seem to have a clear understanding of the process. She actually told me the retainer would be automatically sent; her dental assistant was the one who told me I would need impressions after my final tray. She keeps changing her story about this “unlimited” plan, first telling me it has nothing to do with retainers and only has to do with the number of trays needed for my treatment, then changing her story to “they accidentally signed me up for the unlimited plan” for which they were charged an additional $550. She refused to answer my correspondence in which I asked her if she got a refund of $550 so she could charge me far more than that for all future sets. Their “reduced price is” $150 per set, which would be a minimum of $300 per year. If there was truly an “inadvertent “ charge that enrolled me in the unlimited plan, she could have informed me and asked me to pay the additional charge instead of canceling it so she could make more money on my case.
Also, if you are told you have cavities, get a second opinion.

Clean place, everyone was polite, they explained in detail what was going to happen and how to take care of myself for the few days of recovery.

I've never had a bad experience at Dream Dentist. Dr. Thompson is very friendly and takes the time to make sure you fully understand what she is doing. Office staff and assistants are just as friendly and helpful.

What comes to mind when thinking about going to the dentist is an association with pain and discomfort. What a pleasure to have found a dentist and group of hygienists, the entire staff for that matter, that turns that first statement upside down. No pain, maybe some discomfort, but overall a pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend Dream Dentist / Soft Touch!!!
