It’s extremely unfortunate that I will no longer be using this office. I was asked to move a 2pm appointment up to 1:30 for their convenience of schedule. I arrived at 1:34 waited in lobby for 5mins and was told they can not honor my appointment. I have never dealt with a more rude and less customer focused business.

Very nice and professional when it came to a cleaning. I had a crown put on a year ago (without a root canal beforehand) and it's done nothing but bother me since. That's a long amount of time without relief. I'm still wondering why I didnt have a root canal before to avoid any issues but the crown was put on without any numbing so I'm not going back for a fix for fear of having it removed without any numbing.
