The office is very clean and easily accessible. The staff were terrific! Kayla was a caring and efficient dental hygienist. Dr. John was knowledgeable, personable and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

Had an issue with my husband’s appointment. He was told that he had “maxed out” on his benefits, however, he was there for routine cleaning which has always been covered at 100% something many plans cover under preventative care services. My husband called me and we went back and forth with the lady for several minutes. Eventually, someone who knew what to do helped the woman who was telling my husband the incorrect information. I know everyone makes mistakes, but we NEVER had any issues before Smalltown Dental merged with Dr. Woodruff. I just hope the service we’ve received over the years doesn’t change or else we will have to find a new, hometown dentist.
