Where do I start? Three years ago I purchased new dentures. Year 1 bottoms snapped in half. Fixed free. Year 2 bottoms snapped in half (COVID year) fixed again. Year 3 yep snapped again. Time to make appointment with Dr. this is not right. Still under warranty so will replace at no cost. GREAT!!! First photo is what I got. Second photo is comparing to what I had. Ten (10) visits later and third picture is what I ended up with. Implants were mentioned 3 times because I don’t have much of a ridge because of oral surgery years ago(at a cost of at least 4K) have worn dentures for 40 years. I am76 years old on SS. No way that is going to happen. All the staff were great except for the lab tech who definitely did not graduate at the top of class. After the first set I said she should be fired. Really look at those thinks. They have me convinced they want to sell me implants instead of replacing. Have to make money some how. I am now wearing a set I got from Affordable Dentures 6 years ago which I can at least wear and eat with. No way would I ever recommend Aspen Dental in Peru il for dentures. After 15 visits for adjustment I am still unable to eat with them. Have resigned to using old set from Affordable Dentures. Done Done Done with Aspen Dental.

Went in for my first visit and everyone was extremely nice. The dental assistant, hygienist and dentist were all very thorough and realistic. They were sympathetic and addressed all of my concerns. They were also all wearing Christmas pajamas and it was adorable. It's always nice to see a company letting their employees relax and have fun

My sister's tooth broke. Her dentist's office was not answering the phone, not returning calls, and the recording at his office, after 3 days absent, had a voicemail box that was full! With no idea when he might be returning, we called Aspen Dental. The scheduler was so polite and efficient. She got her in the very next day. The dentist and office staff were friendly, professional, and patient with my sister who has special needs. With recent encounters in medical and dental offices, we find staff to be only as welcoming as they have to be so as not to lose patients. At Aspen Dental they seemed genuinely kind and caring. What we thought would be just a temporary fix, turned into my sister choosing to schedule her treatment with Aspen Dental. Thank you!

you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. A fantastic experience the girls were professional, courteous, and friendly the staff made me feel like family. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Great people!! Very quick no waiting, affordable but one giant negative for me is they offer NO SEDATION OR NITROUS WHATSOEVER!! Not for surgery or implants or bone graphs!!!
