I would highly recommend 21st Century Dental. They are always friendly and care about my comfort. I owe a big thanks to the technician who let me borrow her phone for music during my procedure. I had my headphones but forgot my phone. She let me listen to music from her account! Talk about service! The Doctor is also friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for a great experience-as always.

Everything was fine overall I would say.
My only complaints are my hygienist was a bit rough. That could be a function of my dental hygiene too. And my daughter and I had appointments at the same time. They seated us in our rooms at the same time, but they treated her then me. This was an issue as I was particularly in a hurry this morning. I was expecting an approximately 20-30 min visit and took about an hour.

I had a consultation for Invisalign at 21st Century Dental. I did not know what to expect going in. My very first impression was that the clinic was clean and the staff was very nice. The hygienist was so nice and friendly. The equipment they used to take 3D pictures of my teeth was really cool! When I got to speak with the Dentist she explained everything very well to me and allowed me to ask questions as well. Overall the experience was wonderful and I feel great about choosing Invisalign treatment with 21st Century Dental!

When the cleaning appt was made and acknowledged prior to other work done, I was thinking the cleaning was considered in the care plan. Surprised to find out after the cleaning was completed, if I had waited 2 weeks insurance would have reset and I would have owed minimally. They are all very nice, though

I have had generally great experiences at 21st Century Dental. This time was slightly different as there was a new staff, doctor included. I felt like the assistant rushed through cleaning my teeth and struggles with placing the markers in my mouth for x-rays. In the end, she quickly rushed to put the fluoride on my teeth. I didn't feel like I was priority #1 with this staff.
