We love Dr Baines and all the staff!! They are so great with all my kids! We started with my 7 day old infant for a tongue and lip tie release and are currently working with the growth and development program for my 8 year old and soon to start with my 3 year old. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, and everyone is full of knowledge! They were willing to schedule my son in the next day at the time they should’ve been closing to get his lip and tongue tie revision done. Dr. Baines was quick and efficient with the revision, and made sure I was well equipped for the aftercare. She even called after business hours to check on him a few days after the procedure to see how everything was going. I couldn’t imagine taking my baby to anyone else!

Super thankful we got a second opinion done with Dr. Baines! We were told our baby was doing just fine because she was gaining weight when really she had some major problems with her upper lip and tongue. This is day 1 and feedings are going much better, less spit up, hiccups, and clicking when sucking. Dr. Baines knowledge on this is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone questioning this issue! Lizzie was also amazing and made me feel comfortable with everything and did great with our baby girl. Everyone in the office was friendly and super nice!

Such a wonderful experience. Everything they do is on the screen in front of you. They explain EVERYTHING in simple terms. Super sensitive to special needs of the patient. Amazingly kind and took time with me when I needed a break! I love the up to date equipment and the over all health care they are concerned about. Pulling in your whole health, even better than my health care provider! Also an excellent place for kids, to start their lives out in the right direction! Highly recommend!
