I‘m so glad I chose to go to Dr. Baines for all of my oral care, I won’t be looking back. Not only does Dr. Baines focus on your teeth, but she treats her patients in a holistic manner (which I very much appreciate, since I’m a nurse). I woke up in the morning with severe swelling and dental pain, I've dealt with this before ,I knew I had a pretty bad infection. I had called around to several places including the dental group of Springfield, and I could not seem to get an appointment anywhere. I started Googling dental offices and I saw that Baines Dental Wellness had extremely high reviews from previous patients so I immediately called them at about 10 in the morning, within 30 minutes I was already in the dental chair being examined by they're professionals. They are some of the kindest and nicest and most professional people I've ever had to deal with in the medical field. They took care of me and dealt with my severe issue in a very timely, professional, and caring manner. I will never go to another dentist office again in my life. Baines Dental Wellness is a 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

We visited Dr. Baines for a lip tie revision for my 7 week old son. Dr. Baines was prompt at scheduling us and thorough at listening to our needs. She and her assistants are great with young kids, as I also had my 3- and 5-year old girls in tow. The procedure itself was done in an experienced and precise manner. I have since had my son's pediatrician and multiple lactation consultants examine his revision and I've been told it was perfectly done!

At 16 weeks old, it was discovered that my son had a posterior tongue tie that was invisible at birth but grew in as his mouth grew. He is my third child with a posterior tongue tie, but my first time seeing Dr. Baines for it. My son was having weight issues, so Dr. Lisa Baines revised the tongue tie and again, she did a PERFECT job! She demonstrated the tongue stretches and provided ample education on the topic. She's really proficient in her field and she cares so much about her patients. My little guy is now 5 months old and nursing MUCH better and gaining weight thanks to Dr. Lisa Baines and her awesome team! If your little one has tongue/lip tie that needs to be revised, Dr. Lisa Baines is your Dr.! Go get her!

Natalie was fantastic for my first appointment! She explained everything she was doing, and as we went over the questions and reviewed my photos and scan she shared so much information that educated me on the connections between TMJ and sleep and so many other health issues. This is no ordinary dental office. They really do look into your whole body and whole life wellness. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
