I had a back molar leaning on an impacted molar, and the point of contact had created a cavity. None of my teeth line up on that side, and the back molar is the only one I can chew with. I went to Aspen, and they said they could not do anything about it, and the only thing to be done was to pull it. Obviously I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Lee at West Main was able to remove enough of both teeth to fill the cavity and let me keep my one good tooth. The work was quick and professional, and I am very happy with the result. The entire consultation and procedure cost less than what I payed Aspen for an x-ray and dental cleaning.

Today was my 1st visit, and I was very pleased with the staff. The dental assistants were very nice, and Dr. Cusack did an excellent job with the composite filling. Everyone explained to me the X-Rays and procedures very well. They are also reasonably priced. They also gave me free samples for dental floss, and lip gloss. It was also easy to schedule another appointment, with Amanda at the reception who is also super-nice.

They took the time to make sure I understood everything that was happening with my teeth. I definitely recommend that others go here if you are undecided.

Super nice and efficient staff! I came a bit earlier and they accommodated me almost immediately. Cool TV overhead so you can either watch Hulu, YouTube, or just the x-ray of your teeth. I learned a lot about the dental procedure thanks to Danielle explaining it to me, step by step! If you're worried about COVID, they do a phone screening asking questions related to COVID, take your temperature during your visit, and the staff all wear PPE while the place seems to be well-ventilated with an air purifier. Had a wonderful experience overall!

I have had a great experience here! I was in need of emergency dental help and they were able to see me faster than anyone else! Ashtan and Abby were very sweet and Dr Lee was so great!!! Most people wouldn’t say this but going to the dentist is enjoyable when going to this office!

Love this office. I haven't really had much need to spend much time with the dentist but as far as cleanings, my hygienist, Casey is so friendly and so knowledgeable as well. It's really nice that they have it set up so you can watch a t.v. show during your cleaning. It is also very convenient that they accept the University staff dental insurance so you don't have to wait to be reimbursed for a claim. The wait is never very long to get in for an appointment, and the one time I had a dental emergency they were able to squeeze me in that day and get me taken care of.
