Dr Lee and Ashton were awesome! I've been going to West Main Dental for a few years. Had a root canal done today and it was the most enjoyable root canal i have had....if thats possible lol. I highly recommend this place.

The staff and hygienists here seem like your typical heartland bumpkins, rough around the edges. If you have very simple dental needs, maybe this place would be acceptable, but otherwise it'd be advisable to see a dentist in a more developed part of the state or country.

There was some confusion about my insurance benefit coverage and claim, and I called the front desk number. The two women (I don't want give their names) were very rude and impatient, one soon quit talking to me and the other demanded me to quit this conservation ASAP and she said "I know these protocols and I have been doing this for more than 20 years". Apparently they thought I was questioning about their expertise or simply making trouble, but I was just trying to make things correctly. I think they did not treat me like a paying customer, and they thought I was supposed to know as much as they did regarding the protocols they talked about which they had never been patient to explain to me. They had been rude to me not for the first time, otherwise I would not choose to post this to the public.
I started with this dental because I liked one dentist there, but I would seriously consider another dental if the front desk women kept such attitude toward me.

I had a broken tooth causing me horrible pain. My former dentist couldn't see me until Dec.1. I found West Main Dental online. I called them Monday, the 9th. Tavion is a very helpful young man. Got me an appointment for 230pm on the 10th. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are my new dental office.

Great, relaxing environment and helpful staff. I had a tooth cracked from top-center to gum and they worked me into their schedule first thing the next morning. I've been going to West Main Dental ever since.

I have been to other dentists in town and most of them work for the same company and always want you to get a lot of work done which has led me to not trusting them. The last place I went to said I needed 4 fillings. I was just seen by Dr. Cusack and he showed me on the overhead TV that I only needed 1 filling and that we would keep an eye on the others. While I waited for him I was able to watch a show I enjoyed on Hulu on the TV. The hygienist and front desk staff were helpful, kind and polite. With my Delta Dental insurance I am able to get a free cleaning every 6 months and that is all they said I needed, unlike being told by the other outfits that I need them every 3 months and had to pay for the other two. I am very satisfied and found my new permanent dentist.
