Dr. Thomas is an amazing, knowledgeable and patient dentist. I have had extensive dental work done. She makes me feel comfortable in the chair and explains things very well.

They all are so nice friendly & helpful. My teeth are very sensitive I ask them do you have anyone that is gentle to work on my mouth. She said yes we do I went & the lady did a wonderful job. I was so impressed. I love Elite Smile.

This was the most professional and enjoyable dental visit I’ve ever had! The staff was all very welcoming and so friendly. I never felt like I was being rushed or pushed into additional needs for my teeth. They took the time to get to know and understand my needs. I’m moving my entire family over to their care! Who knows maybe I’ll get cleanings more than every 6 months now that I’ve found a place I thoroughly enjoy and trust! Thanks for all you do and being a great team! I never write reviews about anything, but our experience with Dr. Kristoff and the entire staff was so fantastic that I had to take the time to do so. We didn't have a regular dentist in Indiana because we live overseas during the school year and on our last visit to town, my daughter needed to be seen immediately. Dr. Kristoff was able to accommodate her even though we were not patients. My daughter received such excellent treatment that we all scheduled time in (family of 5) and had all of our needs taken care of in an efficient and extremely professional manner. I even had 2 crowns done right in office on the same day. The technology Dr. Kristoff uses is amazing. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a pain-free and stress-free experience at the dentist. I truly can't say enough good things about him and the entire staff.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Alsaraf and Deborah for a cleaning, check up and X-Ray today. They were both warm, friendly and very generous with their time as I asked a lot of questions. The cleaning was excellent and Dr Alsaraf gave me clear and helpful guidance. The office staff was friendly and professional and everything ran on time.

Dr A has been my dentist for a few years now and I highly recommend her as a caring partner for long term dental health. I can tell she cares about her patients and wants the best health outcomes for us. Deborah did an absolutely phenomenal job with the cleaning. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

I was at work and needed a tooth pulled badly and I googled a dentist close to my employer and found this place. The lady that answer the phone very concerned and told me to come and scheduled me for the same day. I was so happy. All the staff there was pleasant and kind. Dr. Kristoff was good at what he does and got me squared away quick and took care of that tooth the same day. I will be going back to them for all my dental needs. Very nice and professional experience/place.

I have been going to this office for 4 years. I did not love coming here, and avoided it for the last two years. I finally decided to go in for a cleaning and was surprised when a new dentist came in to look at my X-rays. I did not realize that things had changed so much.

All of that being said, Dr. Waghela was wonderful. She has great “bedside manner.” I do not feel like a number going in there like I did before. She remembers details about our previous conversations, even after a few months of hearing them and cares about my life and ME. She is very personable.

I had to get three crowns which were all made in the office within a matter of 30 minutes to an hour. No need to go back for a fitting...no temporary crowns. It is DONE. Dr. Waghela’s use of current technology made my visit painless. Numbing has always been a challenge for past dentists. She hit the right spot the first time without the need for more than one injection. I have never been a fan of the dentist until now. I had a dentist in Texas that was great just like her. I am happy about the unexpected change in ownership.

I have read some of the not so positive reviews and urge you to check her out for yourself. I do not think you will be disappointed. Thanks to all the technicians that I worked with as well. You guys were all a great crew.

Used to be a good service provider and very friendly staff. Initially I was the only one using the services but got my entire family switched to this facility.

Since the location has changed, it took a turn for the worst. I had the same insurance for a long time. Since the facility moved, the doctor went out of network for a couple of months and we were not notified about this. We keep getting texts about the appointments but not about this. Due to this we were asked to pay $500 out of pocket. My insurance company was kind enough to give one more opportunity and asked the service provider to file the claim again. But the service provider is not doing that and harassing us to pay the bill repeatedly. We were told to pay the bill or our appointment will be cancelled for my wife and 3 year old kid.
