I have been very pleased with my experiences at Elite Dentistry!! Everyone that I have interacted with has been wonderful! Thank you for making me feel welcome.

I brought in my coupon that I clearly told them about when I made the appt and also discussed that I had a tooth ache. Once, the owner found out that I wanted to use my coupon, he slightly raised his voice and told me that I never mentioned his coupon. I definitely did and even if I didn't mention it, they should still honor it as they had it sent to my mailbox. I told him that I want him to honor my coupon and he told me to find another dentist and wanted me to get out of his office while patting me on the back. This company has no integrity, operate in pure greed, and I'm not sure how they are still in business.

Had scheduled an appointment for two fillings with Dr. Waghela who seemed very inexperienced and not very personable. She somehow fused two of my teeth together with resin which resulted in a very painful set of fillings plus a second trip in to get the mistake taken care of. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, I was finally met with a hurried dentist who just sanded my teeth apart leaving a huge gap that now catches food. Dr. Kristoff may be better but I was never given the opportunity to see him. Horrible experience, definitely won’t be going back.

I feel like I should publicly speak out about the sketchy business practices of this office. Honestly, this is my first google review, and normally I wouldn’t leave one, but here is goes. This office over the course of 5 years had been submitting claims incorrectly. Services rendered to one person in my family were being submitted under another family member. Fluoride was being charged to kids under 13 even though our policy covered their fluoride treatments, I received a bill from this office with an outstanding balance for services dating back 3-5 years. I was flabbergasted at the bill and unable to comprehend where these charges came from. I met with the business office manager and she stated “the office had been mismanaged for many years and she was trying to clean up the mess.” Not my problem that your business did not hire reputable employees to perform their job functions. I requested an itemized billing statement for each member of my family and went line by line for services rendered over the last 5 years. I found so many discrepancies and this office was trying to make me pay for them. The bill was for almost $500. After going through the charges I could only find about $100 in fair and sound charges that I felt comfortable paying. Instead of this business taking fault for their actions over the last several years, they required me to pay. I paid the balance required the office manager to make my account “paid in full.” And me and my children left the practice. We relocated to Tiek dental and I would highly recommend them. Side note, Kristoff does not provide good care to the pediatric population. I would recommend Dr. Diane at Growing Grins.

Dr. Al-Saraf came recommended to me by a friend and I cannot sing her praises more. As someone who hadn’t had their teeth cleaned in 7 years, I was looking for a dentist who would be kind and encouraging. From start to finish, my appointment for X-rays, cleaning, and fluoride on December 28, was not only painless but actually quite enjoyable. Betsey took wonderful care of me during my cleaning as well as gave me an excellent flossing refresher. I can’t stop feeling the backs of my teeth with my tongue! When Dr. Al-Saraf came in, she was so uplifting and gave me very helpful and specific feedback on how to best care for my mouth moving forward. I made another appointment for June and feel more inspired than ever to take care of my dental health because of this visit. Thank you Dr. Al-Saraf and Betsey!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Kristoff's for over 20 years. Dr. Kristoff and the staff have always been very caring and professional and his office has the most up-to-date services. When my father moved back to Indianapolis, I suggested he see Dr. Kristoff and I highly recommend him to friends and family.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Kristoff for cleanings for about a year. Dr. Kristoff and his staff always have a very friendly and professional attitude. They are very helpful in terms of answering questions and scheduling appointments at appropriate times.
Recently I had a partial overlay (this a crown that covers ¾ of the tooth) done by Dr. Kristoff. They were able to remove the old filling, take images of my tooth, construct the overlay on-site and install it in one appointment. I have never had a partial overlay or a crown before, but from what I understand overlays or crowns traditionally have to be done in multiple sessions. Dr. Kristoff did a great job numbing my mouth while drilling I barely felt a thing. The partial overlay fits great I can’t even notice it.

The staff at Kristoff Family Dentistry is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! I love going to the dentist!!! I highly recommend this dentist. I go there because they take care of you like family!!! Thank you Kristoff Family Dentistry for making me feel at home.

Dave is such a professional when it comes to dentistry! His office is equipped with state of the art technology. The waiting room is also super cozy and inviting. The office staff and hygienists are so kind and welcoming with each visit. Dave always shows a genuine interest in his patients as well by getting to know them on a personal level. The reminder emails and text messages for appointments are also super convenient and a great reminder when living a busy life. Five stars for sure!

I immediately felt welcome the second I walked in the door. Every person I interacted with was kind and helpful. I loved how I was shown pictures of my teeth to determine why I would need the next procedure. A great way to be transparent. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs!
