Despite my anxiety the dentist was able to keep me calm during it all. The staff is all great. I had a very good experience... I highly recommend Dr. sorenson to everyone.. They even motivated me to stay off caffeine.

This office is unprofessional tried to make an appointment to get some work done. When I arrived they didn’t see me on the schedule. Save yourself some time in your life and choose another dentist with a better reputation.

I have gone to this dentist for several years and have always received great care. I was so disappointed today when during my cleaning, the dentist made a very insensitive racial remark toward Asians. I was talking with him about my bruxism, which he attributed to anxiety. He suggested I find a way to better manage my anxiety, such as "getting a manicure." That felt really invalidating to start. He then put on an Asian accent and said "you want gel on nail?" And "you want mani or pedi?" I was absolutely stunned that a medical professional was speaking in this way in the presence of a patient, or even at all.
I am so disappointed in this office and will not be returning. Which is a shame because I have received great care. The doctor could use a training on multiculturalism and professionalism.
Edit: Dr. Sorenson did give me a call and left a very respectful voice message to apologize and acknowledge how the joke was harmful. I very much appreciated this! thank you for taking the time to reflect and respond!

As much fear as I had going in, I walked out knowing I had found a wonderful dentist. Dr. Sorenson and his entire office staff treated me with respect, kindness, understanding and honesty. I wasn't broke when I left either, so that was a bonus! Thank you Comfort Dental.

I went there to get a root canal and the doc convinced me not to get one because apparently I didn’t need it so we started the process of getting a crown put on and I called and have seen him 5 times at least since and told them how much pain I was in and I paid them 400$ for this crown and now they are referring me out to a specialist to get a root canal when no specialist takes my insurance so I have to pay more money that I don’t have for something they could and should have done for me in their office I will never be back it feels like a huge scam

Dr. Sorenson is very professional and thorough. He explained the procedure before hand and made sure I was confortable. I was treated with dignity, respect and anonymity. It doesn't hurt that Dr. Sorenson is very attractive either. Gives you something to take your mind off of the procedure. 😉

Doctor needs to do homework in vitamin-D deficiency. I am 56 years old and did not find out about my deficient until I was 50, which made it impossible for me to keep what I have. The arrogance I can do without. The only thing I have good to mention is that the staff is friendly and try to sqeeze patients into emergencies. Very pricy with first quote being the highest.
