First time there. First impression was good. The young lady at the window was very friendly and helpful. Really nice to talk with. Next thing was while I was waiting at the counter, 2 different ladies walked into the office and as they were getting paperwork and whatnot they both greeted me with a friendly Hello! Even the dentist walked in and greeted me. Said hello and introduced himself. My hygienist was very friendly. I'm not great at x-rays but she was super understanding and patient with me and never rushed me and made the experience great. She was gentle while doing my exam and explained everything to me along the way. The dentist was very nice and went over everything with me and different options on what may or may not need to be done. He talked alittle fast so it was hard to keep up but he repeated anything that I didn't understand and he didn't make me feel bad for not being to the dentist for a long while. And I didn't feel pressured to do anything that I couldn't afford right now or anything like that. He made sure I understood how important it was but didn't make me feel bad if I have to wait to be able to do it especially right before the holidays. Just a great first experience all around. I will definitely be going back regularly and I feel like it is a great place to go.

Dr. Jung is always a thoughtful planner and thinker when it comes to my treatment plan for my teeth! I love this office and I’ve been coming here since 2019. The receptionists always offer a warm welcome with smiling happy faces, and the dental hygiene team is very thorough and knowledgeable about getting their work done effectively. I’ve also had fillings done here and you couldn’t even tell, they are that good! No matter how I age, my teeth can remain bright and looking untouched though the years so long as long as I take care of my teeth properly ant home, but I have to have a good dental care plan to maintain what I’ve worked so hard for! I’m passionate when it comes to dental care and hygiene because I have seen what happens when teeth care goes wrong with my dear friends and family. Dental care and comfort is really important to me! Clarksville Family Dentistry always takes care of me, and my teeth look great! I even went the route of Invisalign back in 2020, and I’ve experienced a lot of amazing transformations with my teeth. I can’t express enough how sweet and simultaneously professional they are here. It’s my favorite dental place ever!! I highly recommend taking care of your pearly whites here!! 🦷🪥😁

This place is awesome! The atmosphere is so peaceful that you almost loose the nervousness a dental appointment usually comes with. The staff is very helpful and they explain everything in a manner that I was able to comprehend. In and out rather quickly which is always a plus!

The staff is super friendly! I had a dentist, I'd gone to for years. They're not open, any longer. I started with this group...had several cavities, I was unaware of. So, of course my treatment plan and course of action, I didn't like so much. Dr. Jung. seriously just wants you to like your smile. Simple as that. Whatever it takes. He wants to make you smile. 😁

DO NOT GO HERE!!! It has to be the worst dental experience I've ever had. The dentist is very rude. I've been twice now. Both times, I refused treatment and walked out. A family dentist doesn't talk to patients like this man. He gives no options. You either lose your teeth or pay a ridiculous amount. No in between. I'm warning everyone. The absolute worst experience at any doctor/dentist I have ever had in all my 32 years of life!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

My two kids (ages 5 and 4) had appointments together for a standard cleaning. They got us all in at together and worked on the kids in one room and my in another so we weren’t there as long. They’re professional but relatable and are informative and upfront with the tooth issues I have that need fixed.
