I hadn't been to the dentist in way too long, but the folks at Dental Solutions made it a pleasant experience (as pleasant as can be). Maggie was helpful up front, Breann took care of me and my teeth during the cleaning, and Dr. Sitaram was incredibly friendly and helpful during the final stages.

Me and my family have been going to Dr. Dipesh for over 6 years now and have no complains. They do their job really well and are good at what they do. Their staff is professional and friendly, which makes us feel at home. I highly recommend them for any and all dental work!

I went to Dental Solutions for the first time today, and I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied! From the very pleasant and helpful girls at the front desk to the dental assistant to the pricing and the dentist himself, Dr. Sitaram, I could not be more pleased! Dr. Sitaram is very efficient and professional, but very kind, very gentle, and very personable. I'm definitely planning to stay with Dental Solutions long term!

My first and only experience so far with these people was them removing all 4 wisdom teeth. I must say that it was painless and easy. I was only there for a little over an hour and i haven't had any problems or complications. Everyone was super friendly and understanding (considering you are loopy when "waking up"). I believe i am going to change dentists and make this my all time dental care place.

Dr. Sitaram is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful, but most importantly I know this is a dentist I can TRUST. I had previously went to another dental office (I’ll kindly keep their name off of this) and found they were nothing but scam artists. I’m young and have always had good dental hygiene, never had any cavities or any oral procedures other than getting my wisdom teeth removed, and this other dentist told me that I had 5 cavities. I got 3 of the cavities filled a few weeks ago and my mouth has hurt ever since. I was told I may need a crown, I have a sinus infection, etc. I decided to go see Dr. Sitaram and get a second opinion on my teeth before getting the other two fillings, and the first thing he told me is that I don’t have cavities.... that he didn’t know why the other dentist even drilled into my teeth to begin with. I was scammed, and three of my teeth suffered for it. I just thank God that I came to see Dr. Sitaram before letting them fill my other cavities. I’m thankful for Dental Solutions!

Dr. Sitaram helped with my TMJ, I’m able to sleep better at night. I had a wonderful experience at Dental Solutions. Dr. Sitaram and staff are very friendly.

A permanent crown was made and put on in the same appointment. They have equipment to make it on site. I also showed up 30 minutes early (I ride the bus) and was seen immediately anyway.

During the procedure, involving drilling, I reported pain. The dentist actually blocked the air flow to my tooth's nerve with a dental mirror, and there was almost none after that. I always have pain in these procedures, to the point that I often have to be put out completely to undergo them, but he improvised on the fly and it was just gone.

The dentist is a very relaxed guy, and personable, but there's no doubt he's good at his job. There's also an air of competence and confidence to the front desk staff that you don't often see in people. They're either well paid, well trained, or just capable people.

Today I brought my 8 year-old son for the first time to Dental Solutions of Columbus, and I can say I couldn't be happier with the treatment he received. Dr. Sitaram is very good with kids; he made my son super comfortable, which has always been an impossible thing for my son. Our past experiences with my son at the dentist were always terrible (lots of kicking, screaming, and crying). It wasn't just a routine procedure, it was a tooth extraction (though a baby tooth, it was still an extraction); yet there was no crying or any kind of complaining from my son. Dr Sitaram made the impossible happen! Also, I want to recognize the hygienist (can't remember her name) that took care of my son. She was also super nice and added to the overall comfort of my son's experience.
If there's only one negative thing that I experienced during our visit, I'd say it was the receptionist at the front desk. She's very dry when talking to you, passing the impression that you were already supposed to know the answer to anything you're asking. Yet, it wasn't enough to be detrimental to my first impression with Dental Solutions of Columbus.
I think I finally found a good dentist for my family in Columbus!

Great family dentist! All 3 of our children go there, as well as my husband and I. Everyone is great with the kids! I also did the 6 month smile braces with them and they were awesome with those as well!

My preschooler, who had previously done very well at appointments, was a bit anxious about his cleaning, probably due to the necessary public health precautions due to COVID-19. Marie was very patient with him and did her best to make him feel at ease. We ❤️ Dental Solutions.
