I was impressed today when I went for my recall appointment and received a thorough exam and cleaning. Mary did an excellent job and Dr Keeling was very thorough in doing the exam. I must say that previous to this appointment I was considering leaving the practice but feel satisfied that my dental needs will be addressed here.

I had an appointment on 9/6/22 @ 8:00am I went to your office & no one was there no lights on doors locked. Spoke to another person who was also there for an appointment that person stated that this was the 2nd time that this had happened they then received an email stating the office was closed. Bad communication on your part. The little girl that cleaned my teeth was excellent & the dentist was also great. My 2 cents!

With 7 teeth being pulled, my gums are still very angry, but that will pass. Dr. Keeling is a terrific dentist and has the best personality of any of the many dentists I've had.

I started going to this dentist within the last year. I have taken my kids for cleanings and I have had some work done. I have seen two different dentists within this time. The billing office submitted the claim wrong for one of my son's cleanings and then they tried to charge me for it. I called them when I got the bill and four months later they still hadn't taken care of it. They finally did resubmit it within the last couple of months. I went in for a pain in my tooth and was told I needed a root canal and they gave my antibiotic. I had to reschedule because of a funeral. I asked for a refill of the antibiotic because they couldn't see me for another month. The dentist was out because a family member was placed in Hospice which is understandable. What I don't understand is how there is no contingency plan to take care of patients in the event of an emergency. Then on Friday, the day they are closed, I received a call that my appt for my sons on Oct 4 needs to be rescheduled because it's at 5:30 and they are changing their hours and won't be open. This is an appt that I made 6 months ago at their last cleaning. Why not accommodate the appts you have on the books and then just not make late appts anymore? I cancelled all of our appts and we will be looking for another dentist. I also asked for a complete billing statement of account a month ago so I can verify that I owe them what the bill says and I still haven't received it.
