Easy access parking. Laid back atmosphere. Very clean office where the office staff makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Skaggs is very pleasant and up front on his findings. Love this dental office. Highly recommended.

Wonderful third time visit today. Staff are always attentive and friendly making me comfortable. Dr. Rainy is professional and yet a hoot to talk with. I will continue going back. Great home town hospitility environment. Strongly recommend.

Phenomenal dental office! I have dentistry phobia and had tried to get a cracked tooth taken care of at other dental places, but they always wanted me to make a second appointment to get the extraction even though I would tell everyone on the staff that I have a phobia about going to the dentist after a really bad experience! Needless to say, I would not make it to the appointment! I called SIDC and told them I needed an extraction and they were able to get me in the same day!!!! Everyone from the receptionist/scheduler to the dental assistant and the dentist were amazingly nice! You could tell they care and the dental assistant & dentist ACTUALLY listened! I felt nothing when he gave the lidocaine and the assistant helped me not focus on the shots! I would hands down recommend this practice to everyone! As a practicing RN I can 100% say They are TOP NOTCH!

Very friendly staff who clearly knew what they were doing. Great communication from reservation process but even with what to expect throughout the appt. just happened upon this office but I am so glad to have found them!

The staff here are the best. I've never liked going to the dentist..who does, right? But this team makes it easy and even enjoyable. I've never had a bad experience here and plan on staying with them for a long time. I could go on and on but I'll just say this: they've made me a very happy customer and I love my smile now more than I ever have before.

Googled dental emergency, was brought Southern Indiana Dental Care for my broken tooth. Called them close to closing hours, explained the pain, I was told come in first thing the following morning for an examination. I asked if the tooth would be pulled, after the exam, I was told more than likely. Showed up at 8am, I was asked to show up 15 min early, traffic got me there at 8am. The lovely gal working the window wasnt very pleasant to talk to, nor wasnt very reasonably. She told me examination only, would be no tooth being pulled today, said that nobody that worked there would tell me could have the tooth pulled on the same day. I mentioned that if I had known that I wouldn't have drove 45 minutes for "emergency " dental care. I mentioned that I could have done this locally if I had known, receptionist recommended I go elsewhere....I could have paid w insurance or cash.....What a joke.

Dr. Skaggs is a very professional and friendly doctor. To be honest I usually don't like to go to a new doctor but I definitely don't regret seeing Dr Skaggs. We had been going to Doctor Baker for many years and it's usually hard to switch over to someone new. Many of the staff are the same that were always in the office and they are fantastic. Looking forward to getting to see another great dentist.

Glad this office has a new dentist. Hopefully Dr. Ranney will be here for awhile. I only had a checkup at this office so far with Dr. Ranny and things went well. Really like the staff and hygienists. Only suggestions is Dr. Ranney needs to introduce himself to the patients that he has not seen yet.
