I started another dentist in my local town, but was not happy. Felt like they "took me for procedures not needed " as I had been going to Dental Care for a couple of years and they had not said I needed any dental work. So I returned to Dental Care. Very happy

Moved to the area and took my daughter here. I had trouble getting an appointment time for myself due to my work schedule but wanted my whole family to come to the same dentist (4 ppl total). I resigned from my position at work a few months back which caused a lapse in dental insurance but allowed me to get an appointment for my other daughter and I. My husband added us to his dental insurance and I made an appointment but called to let them know I hadn't received a card yet. She encouraged me to cancel until I got a copy of the card. Basically I rescheduled 2 appointments because she encouraged me to due to not having the actual card. HOWEVER, this whole time I have been covered under my husband's insurance. She did not attempt to help by looking it up which I found out is very simple. When I got an actual card and called to make appointments they said I could not make an appointment due to the cancellations!!!!! I was NEVER INFORMED of the policy and the EMPLOYEE is the one who suggested it!
Never been treated like this before by a dental office. Very inconsiderate. I would expect more from a small town dentist office. When I complained she told me she would talk to the dentist and call me back. NOPE, they never called.
My daughter has had been there about 3 times. The dentist seems nice but never took me back or spoke to me about my daughters teeth.
