The staff are super friendly. I also appreciate their mindfulness of my time. I hardly ever wait. This is especially nice because I usually have to set my appointment during my husband's lunch break so I don't have to get a sitter.

Clean comfortable office with very welcoming staff. My dental cleaning was thorough yet very gentle. The hygienist made me feel at ease immediately. I did not have to spend much time with Dr Mardis, as my exam and x-rays looked good, but I have seen him in the past and he has always been a very gentle dentist and has never tried to push unnecessary procedures on me. I feel 100 percent confident in him as a dentist. I can’t imagine letting anyone else touch my teeth!

Such a fantastic experience. I've been 3 times recently, for various reasons. All staff is extremely helpful and kind. Additionally, the staff has been very accommodating towards my busy schedule. I get text messages to remind me of my appointment time, as well as just a follow up to check on me! The biggest surprise was when a dental hygienist noticed that my lips were drying out a bit during a lengthy procedure. She offered vaseline and even helped me apply it, since my procedure has my lips numb.

Best dentistry in town! They are always fast and friendly and do a great job! I also really feel like they make an effort to get to know me when I'm in which is really nice. The same hygienist cleans my teeth every time and I love her! It's also a very clean place!

Nice dentist office. The staff are super friendly and I feel well taken care by everyone. This is a boring review because my wife and I have been going for about five years and have never had an issue. But isn't that what you want in a dentist? The location is also great as it is close to the ISU campus

Midtown has a great, friendly staff. I switched to this office after moving and going to my former dentist for several years. I appreciate that Dr. Mardis does extra checks during a routine 6-month appointment, like checking the tongue for oral cancer and also lymph nodes in the neck. Additionally, I had a concern about a tooth before traveling. The office staff was very kind in helping me get in last minute, Dr. Mardis started his day early, and the customer service throughout was very caring. They made me feel relaxed, comfortable and wished me safe travels.

They are very caring and honest. They never try to push you to have procedures you don't need. They do their best to save you money. and Sarah is one of best and most caring person I have ever know. She wants the best for her patients and Midtown is probably the best Dintistry in Terre Haute

WOWWWWW, BEST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!
I was seen at my appointment time, the office staff is very friendly, the hygienists and dental assistant Chris is topppppp notch. Dr. Mardis is nice. 10/10 would recommend if your teeth are busted.

Love these guys. The administrative staff are always sweet and helpful. The dental hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr. Mardis has always been and continues to be a good dentist. Highly recommend. Only down side is the new paint on fluoride instead of the rinse. It's both feels and tastes like someone put hot glue all over my teeth. No clean feeling when you leave :(
