The people here are very nice, but we’ve had a problem at every visit. First, the wait to be seen is always very long and past the appointment time. We were also double-charged on a visit and it took a lot of time and a lot of phone calls to get that rectified. I just had to reschedule another appointment after waiting long past my appointment time.
