I am very happy to be a patient at Consamus & Hampton. I went to them after having trouble elsewhere and they fixed me right up. To top it off, I had made a follow up appointment for a teeth cleaning and these guys took the time to check my insurance and called me and let me know I was close to my limit for the year. I've never had dental, medical, vision, etc... call me and ask if I wanted to cancel my appointment because I was near my limit and would cost me more out of pocket. This blew me away. They get things done right, look out for me, and are pleasant doing so. I won't be looking anywhere else for dental care.
Update: Just had a routine visit and it reminded me how much happier I am to get my dental care at North Grand Dental.

I've never had my teeth cleaned so gently. No painful jabs to the gums. Then the dentist examined my teeth and Xrays, and checked my whole mouth for signs of cancer. Yesterday he gave me a filling and it didn't hurt. Even the novocaine shot didn't hurt. I'm scared of dental work. I have a small mouth but Dr. Feldman didn't have any trouble working in there without smashing my lip or straining my mandibular joint. I can't believe how well it went! Also, my previous dentist said I needed a root canal there, but according to Dr. Feldman, I only needed a filling, saving me lots of pain, money and time. Very relaxing rooms with big windows, high ceilings, not claustrophobic, clean, bright. My dentist Dr. Nate Feldman, and hygienist Courtney, are by far the best I've ever had.

As a first time patient I felt welcome from the time of arrival and throughout my appointment. Everything was explained in detail so I was aware of what to expect from each procedure. Very pleased with the friendly staff and felt like I made some new friends.

Had a rare circumstance where my regular dentist was unavailable after hours. I had recently had a wisdom tooth removed and ended up with a very painful dry socket. I called mid afternoon on a Friday and Dr. Nate Feldman was able to fit me in his schedule. Everyone was very professional and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I have been to two different dentist and have seem to find so far that Ames has some of the best young professionals in the dental field.

Dr. Nate and his wonderful dental assistant (I wish I had gotten her name) were calm and composed at my visit. I had to have an extraction during my visit and I have had horrible experiences at dentists in the past. One of which I fell unconscious and most recently one of belittling and harsh judgement beyond what I would ever expect from a professional practicing in dentistry. I used to be terrified and Dr. Nate dissolved that all in one visit. His assertiveness and professionalism made a huge difference to me.

My wife and I live in Seattle, WA and we found out today that my wife's credit is being tanked because of a collection placed against her from this dental office. I'm not sure how that is possible since we haven't lived there since 2016. Guessing their bookkeeping isn't great.
