I have an unusual mouth problem but not contagious. After having a biopsy at the Mayo Clinic, it was determined that it could be from some reaction to a type of crown or bridge in my mouth. One being gold. If anyone has had a toothache, they know how crazy it can make you. After having the biopsy, the pain was unbearable. I wanted to have a gold crown removed and a temporary put on. I just wanted to see if that would help with the pain, while the receptionist was kind, she began planning for a new crown and the direction the removal of this crown was headed. I probably would have headed in that direction had the crown been removed and I began to feel better. She wanted to make sure they would get paid. I have no problem with paying. At this point, I wasn’t willing to make further plans. Maybe have a couple more crowns removed and replaced. (That was where I was headed.) She told me the doctor would speak to me. I was put on hold and no one ever returned. When I tried to call back, it went to voicemail. That was my one and only experience with this dental office.
