Doctors are good but I have 4 in my family that were going for cleanings each year my 17 year old missed his appointment last year we did not know of it I called to make appointments for all four of us they said my now 18 year old was no longer walcome because of missed appointment no 2nd chance no asking why or calling at time of appointment to see if good reason.we canceled all four family members apps and moved on to other good dentist of which there are many.they only care if you do not inconvenience them.money making mill. Especially the accountant slash scheduler she's just mean.

Never EVER will I take my kids here EVER again!!! My daughter had a chipped front top tooth that required a bottom half filling. The first time it was done, it fell off after a month and a half. The 2nd time it happened, it fell off again after a month. They had told my Mother In Law who took her to the appt that she would need a crown put on when she turned 13 or so as her jaw and mouth were still growing, shes 9 and a half. Last night the THIRD filling came off!!!! When I called this morning and complained the Receptionist was snotty and "couldn't give me answers". Mind you, my daughter had an accident where her other front top tooth chipped and we had it done at Only Kids Dentistry and that filling, which is the same as the other one that has fallen off 3 times, has stayed in tack and shes no issues for 4 YEARS! And the staff at Only Kids is wonderful!!!
My daughter is VERY cautious of her 2 front top teeth as she knows about the fillings, she eats healthy and rarely has sugar or junk food. She rarely uses her front teeth to bite into something.
As you can imagine, I was NOT happy at all by this situation. The receptionist lied to me saying they had told my daughter and Mother in Law she needed a crown put on asap. When I talked to my Mother in Law they told her she could wait. So not only was the receptionist rude to me they had ZERO compassion about the situation and they had lied about getting a crown. Never in my life have I ever seen half-ass work done on a tooth. This should have NEVER happened 3 times in a 6 month period. My family will NEVER step foot in this place again.

Dr Hansen and Dr Maiers and their professional staff are the best in the Cedar Valley! I have been a patient for years and am always greeted with a friendly smile and taken care of promptly and efficiently!

Horrible dental facility. Missed an appointment because my girlfriend died days before my appointment and forgot to call them so they won't see me anymore and I have a dental emergency. Disgusting policy, don't go there.

I called to ask a question and the lady on the phone got rude with me. If that's how you treat people on the phone I can only imagine how you treat people in person. No thanks I will go else where.
