From the first phone call to make the appointment to the actual appointment, the staff has been wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My son needed a tongue tie revision and at 2 years old, it's a difficult task. The staff was up for the challenge and was successful with the procedure. They gave me instructions and explained in detail the aftercare so my husband and I could understand and provide the best care for our son. I'm excited for my son's future. They are probably one of the best in Cedar Rapids. The staff here is great, they do a fine job of taking the stress out of dental care. They are great about explaining everything that they do, and they do a great job of outlining your treatment plan and the costs associated with that so you can make better 'on the spot" decisions. The environment is a lot more relaxing than other dental clinics that I've been to. If you are an absolute chicken when it comes to going to the dentist......these guys are perfect for you. Keep up the great work!
