Once again Horton Family Dental provided me with outstanding customer service. I chipped a tooth hours before leaving on vacation. In a panic I called the office on a Friday afternoon near closing time, Thanks to the great receptionist I was in the chair and Dr Ben was making the repair within an hour, sending me out the door with well wishes for a great vacation.
Wonderful reminder of why we have been patients of the Drs. Horton for over 40 years! We will continue to refer their services to anyone!

I LOVE this office! I have been seeing Kim for over 20 years. I grew up with her cleaning my teeth. I took my older daughter to her and now my younger daughter goes to her also. Everyone in the office is so nice and understanding. I am so happy with them!

The entire staff at Horton Family Dental are phenomenal. I've been going to them for over 13 years and got my husband to go to them too. Dr Doug and Dr Ben's are very caring and sweet. Hands down best Dentist I have ever gone to.

I had a concern of food getting stuck in a filling that fell out. The tech told me “it doesn’t look like anything came out” even though they agreed it has a ditched look where I clearly have missing filling. They said they could fill it but since the tech said “it doesn’t look like anything came out” she made me feel like I was lying so If everything looked great why would I agree to an unnecessary procedure of having it replaced and corrected so food no longer got stuck? My family member is a dentist and said this clearly fell out after my most recent cleaning from them they loosened it causing it to fall out and now have food get sick which in the future could cause decay and me having a bigger issue such as needing a crown. Very upset this was the techs comment to me not even the dentist.

A crown came loose. I called for an appointment and Dr Robinson just happened to have one if I could come immediately. What luck! All of the staff and doctors are so pleasant and friendly.
