Incredible service, I personally have had bad experiences with dentists not taking my pain seriously, and not treating me in the best way. No issue here though, all of the staff are helpful and happy to listen to any concerns or questions you may have about whats going on, they have consistently been the least painful dental apps I've had.
Sad I won't be living in Illinois after this summer as I would love to have these people be my main dental. Lastly shout out to my BFF Kelly for being a great receptionist and helpful throughout the multitude of apps I've had with innovative dentistry.

I have been a patient at Innovative Dentistry for at least 20 years. The staff here is awesome! I absolutely love Kelly the Receptionist! She is very friendly and helpful. She always greets me with a big smile and even during these mask wearing times, I can still hear the smile in her voice. Dr. Jim & Dr. Carolyn are awesome at what they do. When my boys got older I didn’t hesitate to switch them over from their Pediatric Dentist! I highly recommend Innovative Dentistry if you are looking for a dentist!

I’ve been a patient of theirs for many years. The staff is great, and I’ve had dental work done by both Dr. Jim and Dr. Carolyn. They’re both fantastic. I most recently had a filling replaced with a Cerec crown. It was done in one visit instead of the two required for a traditional crown.
