Innovative Dentistry of Fall Creek

Went here for the first time today for a check up and cleaning. Every single person was so kind and made me feel welcomed. They did an amazing job at letting me know what was going on and what I was looking at throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had. Got my teeth cleaned by Josefina. She was so genuine and gentle throughout the entire experience. This place honestly changed how I feel about visiting the dentist.

Best customer service a dentist office can have!! Josefina the hygienist did a wonderful job not only with my teeth but making me feel comfortable! Hours are great as I was able to go after work! Office is clean and welcoming! Highly recommend!

If I could give a higher rating I would. Everyone was very patient and caring with me. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist but they took their time and stay calm and patient for me. It really helped me get through the two extractions. This is how dental offices should be. I really appreciate everyone making me feel comfortable to where I could get this work done. I will be coming back to get other things done as soon as I can. Once again thank you all!

They definitely make you feel welcome. I found that Edgar Mafla and his staff were not only friendly but they were very educated and professional. They were very interested in all my needs and concerns. I would recommend this dentistry office to anyone. They will take care of you.
