I was extremely impressed by Dr. Griebahn and his staff. Everyone was professional, yet very warm and pleasant. My family just recently became new patients and visiting their office felt more like a visit with family who deeply cared for us. They even worked with our small children while our teeth were cleaned. I cannot recommend them enough. We are grateful for their excellent customer service and quality dental care.

Had fillings done a couple weeks ago and was having sensitivity issues. Main Family Dental gladly scheduled a follow up appointment and found I was brushing too hard, which was causing sensitivity. The appointment was basically educational, and they did not charge me for the visit. Everyone is very friendly and I highly recommend them! Thank you Main Family Dental!

No anxiety when I make a dentist appointment!!! :) I like coming to Main Family Dental Care. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. I have been coming here for years and they really do make you feel like family. You are treated like a person, not a customer. I also have been bringing my son since the age of 5, he is now 17. They make him feel very comfortable and explain everything they do. The dentists are highly skilled and extremely professional. We are always greeted with a smile! Dr G is understanding and compassionate.. Highly recommended...

We recently moved to Iowa from Green Bay, WI where we didn't have a dentists, because when I went to Fay Dental in Green Bay, WI the hygienist I had was very rude and disrespectful to me so we didn't go back. So when I went to Main Family Dental Care I was very pleasantly surprised of how nice everyone is, and the best part they don't judge you no matter how your teeth are. My hygienist was super nice and I didn't feel judged at all, and matter a fact she was very caring and gentle with me when she did my cleaning. I am so happy that they where the first dental place I found and called, because I feel I can trust them to do all my dental work. My husband had his teeth cleaned also, the same day, and recently he had to go in for an emergency tooth extraction and they took him in as soon as they could to pull it. So if you are looking for a dentist where they treat you with respect and make you feel like you are cared for then you should definitely choose Main Family Dental Care for all your dental care needs because they are so very well worth it. This place is awesome!
I was originally hesitant because I haven’t had good luck with dentists. In the past I’ve only experienced judgmental dentists and staff. But at this place it isn’t like that at all. Everyone was super nice, I never once felt judged or unwelcome. Dr John did a great job! Thank you so much!!

I want to also edit and add that my second appointment here was awesome as well! I had Lisa this time and she was so sweet and very informative and did a great job keeping my anxiety down during my visit! She even made sure to have someone check in on me the next day just to see how i was doing since I had some discomfort during my appointment and I really appreciated that! She is absolutely wonderful! Thanks again 😊

The staff is very proficient and knowledgeable on the wide range of dental care with the latest technical expertise. And they treat you like family. They also were able to work through a nice dental plan when I went on Medicare and lost my dental insurance. Something other offices would not consider. I would recommend this office to anyone who is interested in taking care of their teeth.

I love going to my appointments at Main Family Dental. The staff are so friendly! I have never had long wait times or issues with scheduling either! All of the technology seems to be top notch. Again, every visit has been enjoyable!

When I started looking for a dentist in the Quad Cities, I chose Main Family Dental Care based solely on the wonderful things I heard and read about them. They have more than lived up to the expectations I had. The front office was very helpful and easy to work with, both hygienests were very attentive and knowledgeable. They gave my son and I both recommendations on how to improve our oral care. The dentist was very thorough and gentle, which we both appreciated! All of this makes going to the dentist quite enjoyable!

Exceptional service across the board! They were able to schedule me quickly and my visits were quick and easy, virtually painless! Their staff is nothing but smiles, were very welcoming and made sure that I was comfortable. Hannah does a wonderful job and makes you feel right at home, Dr. G was amazing and did fabulous work. I was very impressed and I would HIGHLY recommend Main Family, I will surely be back with my family!
