Everyone in the office was very kind, professional, and welcoming. I am a nervous patient, but everyone put me at ease and patiently explained my dental issues in-depth. We also take our three-year-old daughter here, and I was very impressed with their treatment of her. No tears from anyone!

I had an amazing experience with University Dental Group from start to finish. When first calling to make an appointment she (I believe it was Stacey) gave me all the details and answered all of my questions. She quickly followed up with the email and adjusted to whichever communication was best for me. They were very welcoming and nice when I arrived. I was called in for my appointment right on time. Tracy was very nice, informative and caring with checking my teeth, doing x-rays, explaining care and what the doctor would be doing. Dr. Lauren Patrick was also very informative, encouraging and answered all my questions. Even when exiting, they were helpful and a joy. I will be referring others and looking forward to my next appointment.

Wonderful dental clinic and services! Dr. Katherine Elsner demonstrates exceptional knowledge, ability, and care every step of the way. Dental hygienists provide excellent care as well, and Terri always shares helpful dental hygiene tips and recommendations. Staff are professional and friendly in this clean well-managed dental office. Covid precautions are taken seriously, so I feel very safe and comfortable in this environment. I highly recommend University Dental Group!
