I’ve avoided the dentist like the plague due to bad experiences, and I was recommended by family to go here. So glad I did! They’re all super nice, helpful, and really care about making you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. They take their time, answer all questions and want you to be happy, and they want your feedback, so it’s not them making ultimate decisions. You’re in control, and they want what’s best for you. Won’t go anywhere else again. Thanks ladies!!!! ❤️

I was a little apprehensive going in for my first routine cleaning and check-up since the pandemic began, but I was very impressed by the safety protocols. Everything went smoothly and all of the staff are so helpful and professional. Highly recommend. I have also had cavities filled at this practice (before the pandemic), and that went smoothly as well.

I've been a patient for over 30 years. This dentist office has to be the best around. Everyone there is professional polite and laid back easy going and fun to be around. As long as I have my teeth I will always be a patient.

The measures taken to protect the client and the staff were extraordinary and well thought out. One person at a time enters into the building and taken directly to the room. Appointments are staggered to keep clients apart. All staff wore masks and shields and masks were required for clients. Temperatures were taken prior to entering the building and questions posed to ascertain the health status of the client. Blood pressure was taken; mouth wash procedures iwere n place to lower risk; hand cleaning with highly gritty pace replaced the rotating electric brush to minimize aeration . Everything was explained clearly in a most friendly, fun manner. Sara was a delight in assisting, taking the x-rays. Dr. Patrick was so personable and knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. While in the room my next appointment for a dental check was established. Then payment procedures were explained. I was lead to check out which was quick. Who knew that during such times, going to the dentist could such a positive experience. I highly recommend University Dental Group.

I have been coming here for a few years and LOVE it. Everyone in the office is helpful and most importantly nice. You are treated like a person and not just a patient that comes and goes. For years I have leaned on the University Dental Group for my dental needs. Yes, they are conveniently located. Yes, the staff is technically proficient and technologically current. And yes, they are responsive to routine and emergency needs as a matter of course. But woven throughout all these assets is a bright and cheerful atmosphere and a relational sense that bespeaks genuine care. Simply put, I have long-since set aside my dread of trips to the dentist. I trust I will be in good hands.

Well first off I’m 10/10 scared and hate the dentist. Tara my hygienist made me feel like I was the only person in the clinic. She took every minute with me building a relationship and soothed every fear I had. Dr.patrick is my girl as well she makes sure anything and everything is taken care of. Typically I leave with a headache and in tears from fear at all places this was my first time and I actually left and called my boyfriend cause I was so excited lol. They didn’t miss a spot and even recommended home care products that I’ve never been offered before. Do your self a favor and stop by this clinic. Oh and they have bird feeders outside the windows and there’s a ton of chipmunks who stuff their faces full of food and it’s great lol
