They were so gentle and loving with my newborn in helping fix his lip and tongue tie.
The receptionist even gave me all the paperwork I needed, and filled it out, for medical insurance reimbursement.

Dr Berning was great to work with. She explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable with leaving my 5 day old baby in her care. The lip and tongue tie release was quick and after 24 hrs we’re already seeing results.

Update: I chipped a tooth on a Sunday. Sent a message regarding this tooth and said I’d call first thing Monday morning. They replied before I could call, asking if I wanted to be seen that morning! I called and asked for Tuesday since I would be in Dubuque then.
Tuesday morning I got my tooth checked. Tuesday afternoon it was fixed!

Exceptional Dentistry is truly exceptional. For those afraid of going to the dentist... when you experience an appointment with these Doctors you will no longer mind going to the dentist. They offer comfort and care together with experience and knowledge. In fact your comfort is very important. You can have nitrous oxide to relax you, headphones to relax you and even a blanket! For the truly nervous you can get total sedation.
I recommend Exceptional Dentistry as your next new dentist.
