Everyone is so friendly at the dentist office. I was on the waiting list for a crown for Dec 2022 and they got me in on 9/6/22. The dentist is very knowledgeable and made the experience pain free. I would recommend Dr. Humke to everyone.

I’ve had ongoing dental issues for years. I’ve been to
many dentists who I didn’t realize until I met Dr. McBride, what quality dental appts should be like. Dr. McBride puts you totally at ease. He explains everything in detail and there are no surprises. I’ve had ongoing dental work and I’ve never left there disappointed. I know I’m in the most capable hands. Every time I go, I am more impressed than my last visit. Dr. McBride knows I have major anxiety issues from past dental procedures and he is so patient and kind. His office manager Barb, his assistants, JD and Alisha and his hygienist Mindy are the best in their field! The front desk professionals are efficient, kind and helpful. The office is gorgeous, comfortable and it’s always spotless. You’ll never find a more knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, informed and KIND dentist than Dr. McBride and his staff. We are so lucky to have such a treasure in the Dubuque area. He’s truly a GEM!!!

WOW!!! I saw Dr. McBride to have a tooth pulled and a small piece got left behind. Absolutely understandable!!! Not only did Dr. McBride get me schedule with the Oral surgeon to get it taken care of immediately, he personally called me the next day to check on how I was doing. He also spoke to the surgeon after my extraction to make sure things went well. My daughter had her very first dentist appt at 2 years old and the staff was AMAZING with her. I am so thankful that I found this office to take care of my family's dental needs. We are now loyal members of the Midwest Dental family.

Very unprofessional! I needed a crown done within two weeks of my root canal with an endodontist. I scheduled the crown with them because they said they could do it two days after the root canal. They insisted that I had to come in for a pre-appointment, for which they charged me $89. I went to that appointment with a clear agreement that they would do my crown two days after my root canal. However, The day before the root canal, the office called and told me that the dentist had called in that morning and said she was not coming in this week. I ask why, but was given no explanation. I was only told that she just called and said she wasn’t coming in for the week. They did not offer me an alternative date, nor did they offer me an appointment with the other dentist in the practice. They simply told me the appointment was canceled. The staff was very difficult to work with and were poor communicators. They frequently interrupted me, just cutting me off which I think is rude and disrespectful. They were terrible listeners, just liked to hear the sound of their own voices. They would not reverse the charge for the wasted appointment, ripping me off for $89. I will never go there again!

I absolutely love going to Midwest Dental! Everyone there is friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Mindy always does a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. McBride is the Best! Thanks Midwest staff for taking care of not only my teeth by my whole family's.

I haven’t been going t Midwest Dental for long, but in that time I’ve had a crown done, a cleaning and a thorough examination, which is important since I do have some perio issues. Dr. McBride, and the staff, provide excellent care within a friendly, professional atmosphere. I would recommend them, heartily.

Always a great experience with Dr. McBride! He explains everything so thoroughly! By far the best dentist I have ever seen! Also, his excellent manners when speaking to his assistants is recognized and exemplifies solid team work!

Can you love going to the dentist? If you are normal, no. Lets face it who loves the needle and drilling and so forth but Dr. Mc Bride does his best to make what ever procedure he does as painless and anxiety free as possible. He is knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to the needs of his patients. I know when I visit the dentist he is using the latest technology to solve my dental challenges. I wish I would have found him 4 years ago. If you decide to pick Dr. McBride as your dentist know that you have made an excellent decision.

Dr. Will McBride is wonderful- not only does the man know all about teeth, he has a terrific bed-side manner and takes extra time to make sure I have all my questions answered. Mindy, my hygienist, is a sweet heart and I always enjoy my visit with her, which is not something you would expect from a dentist appointment. Everyone is always so kind; even the front desk staff make it a positive experience! They send me 5 reminders of my appointment, which is very helpful. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I recently moved to this area from Milwaukee. I was referred to Dr. Will Mcbride and I had a wonderful first visit. Morgan my hygienist was gentle but thorough. They even had a new patient discount and they were very professional. I am so happy that I chose Midwest Dental and I would recommend it to anyone.
