Five stars just does not seem like a high enough rating! I have been going to Dr Murray for well over 5 years. Walking into my first appointment was in and of itself a milestone moment for me. Many times previously, I had anxiety attacks in the parking lot to dental offices, and couldn't get in the door. From my first appointment with Dr Murray and his staff, I knew this was a fit for me. We came up with a treatment plan to get me back to my best dental health possible. I did full sedation and it was one of the best decisions I have made. Years of anxiety are slowly melting away.

Every time I walk into the office I am greeted by the most wonderful staff, everyone goes out of their way to help me. They all are sensitive to my anxiety and go over the top to ensure my comfort. Dental anxiety is a very real thing, it takes true professionals and compassionate people to help any one over that hurdle.

My husband and children now also come to the same office and love Dr Berning. In fact, I also saw her just this week for some pain I was having. She and her staff went above and beyond to ensure my issue was solved before I left on vacation. I am forever grateful!

I just can not say enough positive things about Exceptional Dentistry. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you all!

Always friendly. Never had a bad experience. I also want to say that I have an autistic child and from his first appointment everyone was kind and patient and he loves everyone there, so for anyone with fears or children with special abilities they are the place to go.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Berning and the staff at Exceptional Dentistry!! My infant son was having trouble with nursing, and Dr. Berning was quickly able to find the problem and provide a solution. The procedure was went very smoothly and quickly- I was back with my baby in under 5 mins!! Dr. Berning was wonderful with soothing my very frazzled nerves, and never made me feel like she had anywhere else to be. She called several times after the procedure to ensure healing was going well, and just to check in with how I was doing with it all. Not only was Dr, Berning amazing, but the front office staff rocked as well! They always had smiles on their faces, and made such a fuss over my little guy- made us feel very welcome and comfortable.
I highly recommend Dr. Berning and Exceptional Dentistry for any parent and baby dealing with lip and/or tongue tie issues. I will be forever grateful to her for helping me continue to provide my son with the nutrition and relationship that is so important to me!

My two and four year old daughters just had a wonderful experience with Dr. Alexia Oetken. Dr. Oetken is incredible with children and a very skilled dentist. We trust all of the dentists at this office with our family dental needs. We love Exceptional Dentistry!

I don't think there are enough positive things to say about Exceptional Dentistry. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients are comfortable and at ease with procedures and what not. I hate the dentist but they made me not dislike it any more. Very lovely place

We had an excellent experience with Exceptional Dentistry and Dr. Berning when we brought our four-month-old daughter to her for a laser revision of her lip and tongue ties. We actually traveled 2.5 hours to see Dr. Berning because she came so highly recommended, and she did not disappoint. Before we even had our appointment, I had communicated with Dr. Berning several times via email, and she answered my questions in a quick, friendly, and professional manner. Her office staff was kind and caring, and Dr. Berning spent at least a half an hour with us reviewing my daughter's symptoms and the procedure before actually doing it. We were not in the room for the very brief procedure due to laser safety protocol, but we were shown to a private family room with a couch to wait. Less than five minutes later our daughter was brought to us by Dr. Berning and we were given the space for as long as we needed to nurse and comfort her. I highly recommend Dr. Berning and her office for anyone needing to have a similar procedure done.

We had a wonderful experience with Kristen for our daughter's tongue tie revision. She was tiny, around 4.5 lbs and only a few days old when Kristen revised her, breastfeeding immediately improved and our baby recovered quickly. We are still going strong at four months out! Thanks Kristen!
