This was Seth's first visit to a dentist and I wanted to make sure that we had someone that made him feel at ease and still got the job done. He had no problems with pain or anxiety they made him feel like he was just going to be fine . He had three cavities that are all taken care of is doing well now. So I would tell anyone to choose Summit Dental .

Front desk was very nice and friendly. Then xray technician was amazing getting the xrays to show my teeth. Dr Lewis came in and checked my teeth plus explained what we need to do. Then the young lady came in to clean my teeth was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience from start to finish. Will be back in June. So glad I found a great practice.

We been in Sioux City since January 2022.
I've been to alot of Nebraska Dentists, and thanks to Summit Dental Health I learned that they were out to make money off me. The Dentist staff, Dentist, Hygentis's, and office staff are all top notch, caring and professional!!! When it comes to Dental care I'm a bit of a baby, you are all appreciated, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am excited to see my transformation, and to get my confidence, and smile back!!!!!

I recently took my grandmother to her regular dental appointment here at Summit. While the dental services with the Dr. and the hygienist were wonderful, I was disappointed in the lack of professionalism of the staff behind the desk. The amount of non-work appropriate conversation happening behind the desk was loud and just down right rude to the patients waiting in the lobby. From mocking patients and discussing personal after work activities, to venting their frustration about office functions and patient health histories loud enough for the entire lobby to hear was so frustrating to witness.
There was absolutely 0 friendliness demonstrated toward any patients walking through the door and even less when patients were called back for their appointment.
I was also disappointed that the front doors lacked any form of accessibility. There is no automatic door opening device on either door and the front staff never offered to assist. I can't imagine what someone would go through if they didn't have someone with them for their appointment.
While my grandmother is satisfied with her dental care, I would not recommend this location if you're looking for caring, professional, and overall welcoming services that are expected with most dental offices.

I had had a bad experience with another dentist locally but heard good things about this place. It is all true. The staff appear happy to work there and try to make you as comfortable as possible.
So this time around I was explaining how badly I gag with x-ray, so they got out a "laser gun" to shoot them in a second or two! No horrible gagging! I love this place.
