This morning I had my dentist appointment there were a couple little problems with getting me checked in, but the ladies at the desk did an amazing job getting it corrected and fixed and we’re just very polite and kind and did an amazing job. Emily did an amazing job, cleaning my teeth and made the environment feel friendly and welcoming by having a wonderful conversation. Emily also did an amazing job explaining what was going to happen during the appointment and was explaining everything that she was doing, which made me feel really good, knowing that I could understand the provided and administered. I would definitely recommend this dentistry to my friends and family and I will keep coming back because the environment in the staff are just that awesome.

I made an appointment nearly a month out and was put on a waiting list for appointment cancellations. The staff politely contacted me a few different times regarding appointment openings a few days in advance, one of which I happily took. I have a service dog, and the staff was wholly accommodating of my pup/my needs during the appointment. Everyone was polite, professional, informative, warm, and welcoming. Just today I received a hand-written card thanking both my service dog and me for coming in. I will continue visiting them for years to come. I highly recommend Wheelock and Associates to anyone, but especially those of us on Medicare Advantage plans. Thank you! :)

Their text messaging service is great and works perfectly. It gives the best reminders about my appointments. It is the best I’ve ever seen.
The staff is very nice and helpful! They make sure you are comfortable with everything. They answer any questions you have. I’m not anxious when I go there. 10/10 would recommend.

I have gone to Wheelock and Associates for years. They have always been extremely helpful with getting our family in in a reasonable amount of time. They're helpful with billing and figuring out insurance, even if that means helping us find another practice that can help with something they don't offer. I always enjoy chatting with Kevin about his kids and what everyone is up to. Very friendly and helpful dental office!

Wheelock and associates have the best dentist and dental hygienist in the entire Siouxland area!! They always have the latest technology and the staff is super friendly and always professional. I have a sister who works at a different dental office and wants me to switch to her office but I won't because at Wheelock and associates they treat their patients like family. I absolutely love going to the dentist there!!

I was very impressed by this dental office. From the front desk, the assistant, the hygienist, to the doctor.. every single person took such time and care. I’m the type to ask a million questions and every time I got an answer! They also stopped during my work multiple times to explain everything and ask me how I’m feeling. I’m a bit surprised by how impressive I am by this office. It really was amazing service! Also- my teeth are very clean. :)

I’ve been going to this office for maybe 7 years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Sarah is wonderful she is gentle, fun to talk to, and very genuine! I know I’m not just a patient when I walk in because she always asks questions you wouldn’t expect her to remember from 6 months ago! Also I love Dr. Ballers gentle hand with the needle when I’m getting a filling! Thanks for being an awesome team guys!!!

One summer one of my front teeth broke almost completely off. So thankful for the dentists at Wheelock and associates that were able to build me a new tooth without having to have a crown. You can't even tell that most of my tooth is fake. They were able to match the color perfectly. Best dentist around!!

For the past 12 years I have been coming here to get my teeth cleaned. They always do a fantastic job and the staff are very friendly and great people. You are always taken care of with your comfort being a priority. P.S. (Also you get free pens from cups on the front desk)
