This office has a wonderful staff, and I think it’s a great place for general work. I do very much caution anyone getting “surgically removed teeth extractions” without knowing the post care procedures and options. They also ruined a $60 sweatshirt which I’m not too happy about

Staff members friendly but not happy with the service have the impression that they are more concerned with the looks than you being able to eat. Picked up my dentures on Jan 3rd and was sent home with a quarter inch gap between the back teeth so useless to eat with. With a total of 4 appointments in a month and a half and over $4000 later I still don’t have dentures that I can eat with. Will probably look somewhere else if I need new ones.

This office is amazing. If you have dental anxiety, I would highly recommend them! The people are all amazing and so accommodating. The office is comfortable and welcoming. Each person I saw was super nice and not judgemental of any teeth issues. If you haven't been to the dentist in a while I would absolutely recommend them! They set up a dental plan for you and they walk you through financing options and explain everything so well. Thank you Aspen Dental for being so caring!

Horrible FIRST time experience. I scheduled my appointment yesterday for 1:30 and I get a text earlier today saying my appointment was for 2:30. I get there early and they sit me in after 10 mins in the back and as I walk in the radio is blaring loud with music. Very unprofessional. I walk out after waiting for almost an hour just to be seen. As I "check out" the receptionist says she thought I wasn't going to make it because it was after my scheduled time. So I then show her the text message of my appointment that was moved to 2:30. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I really did not like having to make that first phone call to a kind of call center but the person on the other end handled it very well and was very informative. Then when our local Aspen Dental contacted me they were very polite and friendly and made the whole process worth it. When I went for my first appointment they were very thorough and every person I came in contact with was very good at explaining everything. When I got to see the Dentist She was Great! walked me through all my options and set me up to talk cost with them as well. It was all painless! Great place!
