Everyone that works there is very kind. It is easy to get a appointment and they work with you and your schedule. Dr. Crippen is a excellent dentist that really listens to what you want and will give you all your options before doing anything. Dr. Crippen and staff listen to your needs. In the past I had an bad experience with another dentist but with Dr. Crippen much different he is a very patient and gentle Doctor making it easy to come back. And continue to get teeth worked on even though some of the visits may require more invasive procedures to be done but with his gentle touch and patience and care he makes the best of the situation. Dr Crippen is caring, gentle and really is there for you as a patient and as a person and your needs. The staff and Dr. Crippen are wonderful. So if you really want to have someone to take EXCELLENT CARE not only your teeth but also you as a person not just another number on the waiting list GO TO SPIRIT LAKE DENTAL!!!!
