Dr. Bieri and her assistant Carol were amazing. They walked me through every step of the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks as needed. I would highly recommended visiting Dr. Bieri and her team at Great Lakes Dental!

My husband just recently cracked one of his teeth and when we called to get him in last minute they were able to see him within 24hrs. My husband works for a sewer and water company out of town and Dr. O’Neil stayed late to do his root canal so he would not have to take off of work again. All of the staff are extremely helpful and make each dentist visit as painless as possible. I have been seeing Dr. Boyes for quite a few years and she does an amazing job as well. Highly recommend!

This is my second visit at this facility. The staff is beyond exceptional. They all are very friendly as well as professional. They were able to address any and all questions I had. Very knowledgeable at their profession. I highly recommend this place!

After way too many years of neglect the good folks at Spirit Lake Dental spent the time and effort to catch me back up to where I need to be with my dental health. Friendly and efficient .... highly recommend.

Their repair work does not last, and I've had nothing but issues since they so called "repaired" the problem areas in little over a year and a half. What I was quoted and billed were quite different despite having dental insurance, and once I received the excessive bill I ended my visits. When I tried to make an appointment because one of their "repairs" broke, at a different dentist office closer to my home, I got a call stating that they bought that dentist location as well. The person stated that until I pay them in full I can not be seen, regardless of me making monthly payments to them. When I brought up that the "emergency visit" was a tooth that was supposedly "repaired" a little over a year ago, and was also having issues with their other so called "repairs", I was told that many factors could have caused their dental work not to hold up. When a majority of their dental work does not last a year and a half, that's a poor work standard issue. I've had numerous extensive dental work completed over the years, and have never ONCE had issues with previous dentists work, until visiting this office. The only positive was that the dentists were friendly. As a college professor in Business, I will be incorporating Great Lakes Dental into my courses giving them as an example of poor customer service, bait and switch, and inferior work standards, not to mention making sure that no one else goes through the same experience.

Called around to four different dentist's in the area, when I called Spirit Lake Dental they answered the phone with a very nice pleasant and helpful attitude. I booked my appointment and when I came in they were amazing. All of the staff was helpful and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything in detail. I have never enjoyed the dentist, but at Spirit Lake Dental, I am almost excited to go back.
