My first visit to McDonald Family Dentistry was great from checking in with Monica (friendly, intelligent and can answer all your insurance, dental medical questions) , DA Regan's informative knowledge, communication skills along with an expert skill set.
Dr. McDonald took the time to sit down and visit with me. The reason he has an excellent staff - it starts with him. Professional, informative expert dental care in a relaxed environment.

Called at 8:30am to see if I could get an appointment that day to look at a very sore tooth. I was able to go in at 10am and had to have a root canal. Dr. McDonald explained the procedure at the beginning and then step by step during. I felt as comfortable as possible given the situation. The procedure was a success and I was pain free in less than two days. On top of the professionalism during the root canal, Dr. McDonald took time a day after to call me at home.

McDonald Family Dentistry is our family dentistry, we were going different dentistry for a year and half, we knew that we need to change our provider because they always looking something to do, such as crown, filings, etc. etc. price are higher then average.
When we moved to McDonald Family Dentistry our actual cost for basis fillings and regular cleaning were down by 75%, because of McDonald Family Dentistry's prices are below average. Everyone including doctor and other staffs are friendly and very welcoming.
I will keep talking and recommending my friends to visit here and save your out of pocket money. Thank you McDonald, we finally got what we are looking for.

I had an appointment for cavity work, based on x-rays from another dental office that has done specialty work for me. Dr McDonald never got X-rays that were supposed to be sent to his office. I was upset at this failure of another office, but Dr.and his staff, took care of issue at their expense! Very grateful for their compassion and effort!

McDonald Family Dentistry is awesome! Everyone is friendly, professional and efficient. Dr. McDonald is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He has this nifty camera that shows close-ups of your teeth and he explains everything in detail. I highly recommend!

The office itself is clean and bright, techniques and equipment are top notch, but the best part of the whole experience was the personal attention I received from all the staff, including Dr. McDonald himself! I had a fantastic visit and was very impressed with not only Dr. McDonald but the staff members. They are thorough with the consultation, how we can execute the plan, and the payment. For myself, it's so impreative to get the breakdown of cost that's not covered by insurance ahead of time and they make sure you have all the necessary information. Intially, I chose this place because it's close to where I live, but in the end I will travel the distance if need be. I would highly recommend!

New in town. Tried Dr McDonald's office. I floss and brush regularly and my oral hygiene have been stable for the last 20 years. After three visits, Dr McDonald and his staff seem to disagree and I was constantly bombarded with negative messaging about my teeth and of course offers to pay for more of their services. I am uninsured..
