From the first call to the office to my first visit, I was very impressed. I just had the feeling when I went to the office to complete my new patient paperwork the day of my visit that there would be forms with my name at the desk, and there was. I am not good with names but I believe it was Monica that followed through as there was Spring break between my initial call and my initial visit. Dr. McDonald’s assistant ( sorry for no name recall) was as cordial and knowledgeable as could be. Dr. McDonald was personable, made me feel comfortable, and very informative on my issues. I struggled to find a dentist office after moving away from my childhood dental office, I was recommended McDonald Family Dentistry by my coworkers and I actually work in the veterinary office that the owner takes their pets to! The staff was so warming and welcoming during my visit, they always made sure I was comfortable the whole time! After not being to the dentist in so long, my teeth were in dire need of a cleaning, the staff did not judge the condition of my mouth. They answered all of my many questions. If you really want a family based dentist office, then this is the one! I had such a great experience and will be going back routinely!
