My boyfriend and I had our first visit today for a check-up. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they explain the work they are doing and answered any questions we had. I have never been too fond of going to the dentist, and haven't been to one in over 2 years. After being referred to Dr. McDonald by a co-worker, I was hesitant but scheduled an appointment. I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, I felt "at home" and like I was a truly valued patient. I was greeted with smiles in every interaction I had with the staff from Monica at the front desk to Dr. McDonald himself. Everything was thoroughly explained and I was made comfortable throughout the whole process. I was extremely satisfied and will definitely made Dr. McDonald my family dentist from now on.
