I had a root canal and the staff here has been amazing. Gabby and Dr. Mitchell were awesome and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. They explained exactly what they were going to do and had no problem answering my 1,000 questions. Every interaction with the staff was pleasant and I will definitely be back.

Derby dental was on point. For weeks I was in pain trying my best to get some dental insurance. But couldn't afford it. I was in so much pain sleeping upright in a chair for three nights before I just couldn't take it any more. I called every where. And no one could see my until March. I called derby dental and made an appointment for the Saturday that week. I tried to baby it until then but couldn't take the pains any more. I called them the Friday before and they took me in and did such an amazing job. I want to personally thank Dr. McDaniel for his patient and caring behavior towards me during the removal. Also I would like to thank the staff up front in the the office part as they were very charismatic and understanding about my condition. One finali thanks to the nurse by Dr McDaniels side Etni. She did so good at making me as comfortable as possible. One more shout out to the staff up front bobbi and Leah. Two amazing women. All of them were!!!!

I had an urgent need to have my tooth treated. I booked an emergency appointment for the following day. I got in at 7am, was looked at and taken care of right away. Dr. Iqbal was amazing & his assistant with him was great also. Great place and I highly recommend!

Worst dental experience ever. This office has some serious scheduling issues, they wasted hours of my time and I even cried in frustration at the office. I was a new patient and I came in for my crown appointment, and after waiting over an hour I was sent home saying they didn't have time for me. So I came back the following day for a rescheduled appointment and once I got there they told me the dentist that covers my insurance wouldn't be in until Friday. To top it off I was driving from Wichita because their west location wouldn't fully accept my insurance. This is my first time ever writing a review but my experience was so bad I had to.

I hadn’t been back to Derby Dental since 2019. I went in today because I had a tooth bothering me. They were able to squeeze me in for a cleaning as well. My dentist and hygienist were super nice and informative.

The Dentist and staff made my visit to their office pleasant. They explained procedure, cost and after care in easily understood terms. I was very impressed. Thank you for making my visit actually enjoyable , for an extraction of 4 teeth . I was impressed by how quickly I was in and out.
