We have been going to see Dr. Nelsen since he opened Derby Dental Care. We have always been welcomed at the front desk by name. Over the years there have been several changes. Dr. Nelsen has made certain that the staff, the office and the practice have been top notch and friendly. When we had to leave, our records were sent without difficulty. We miss Dr Nelson and the Derby Dental Care staff!

All of the staff was great felt welcomed and cared for, Dr. Razzak and her team Kristy and Lonnie was amazing. Dr. Razzak made sure I knew exactly what she was going to do before she started and made sure I was numb enough to feel no pain. Kristy and Lonnie was awesome they made sure I was doing ok and also made sure I knew what was going on. I will continue to go here, they are the best I’ve ever been to!

Wish I could leave no stars, came in for extreme pain, even with insurance, they made me feel second rate and unimportant, basically made me feel like I wasn’t welcome. I left in an extreme pain, do not come here if you actually need help. You will not get it.

If there were more stars, I'd give them. I went out of town for a wedding, ended up with Dr. McDaniel at Derby Dental Care, early on a Saturday morning. Not the kind of trip most people intend to take. From the phone call, to walking back out the door when it was done, every single person was nice, personable, funny even :) For having to work on a Saturday, they didn't seem too upset about it. I ended up having 1 sideways wisdom tooth and 2 other molars removed after 3 (decided on Thursday to go to my dentist and learned on Friday that they were closed, then the weekend happened) nights of solid horror and feeling like my face was going to cave in. Dr. McDaniel was, well, for a guy who isn't as evolved as the rest of us because he was born with 5 wisdom teeth instead of 4... LOL... He was no less than amazing! Expertly removed the abominations, even cared when I started to feel a little pain and fixed that before continuing. Maybe I just haven't had good dental experiences in the past, but for what he was doing, he did it SO well!! And don't even get me started with what he did for me because I don't have insurance... it will make me cry AGAIN!! Thank you Dr. McDaniel and all of your staff for helping me out in a seriously scary moment and making sure I felt like it was going to be ok. If I lived in Wichita, you'd be my dentist :)

I had a great experience at Derby Dental. I was referred by a fellow military wife and the office exceeded my expectations. They were very friendly, worked with me on my future dental treatment plan, and even helped me with how to manage the cost of the treatment plan. Nicole made my dental cleaning easy breezy and I will be back from fillings and crowns next month. Great office and staff!
