Amazing office! They make my 4 year old daughter enjoy going! Emily remembers us each time we come in and truly make us feel welcome. I have been with them for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience!

I've been going to Gardner Dentists for probably about 10 years now. I love it! Dr. Haworth is very professional yet easy to talk with and never recommends services that aren't necessary. My hygienist, Amanda, I cannot say enough good things about. She is kind, knowledgeable and remembers personal info that we've shared at cleanings. Highly recommend!

My Family and I have been coming her for MANY YEARS ! Always a WONDERFUL experience, look forward to my cleaning every 6 months there. wonderful Dentists and Wonderful staff. I always get greeted by name as I walk through the door.

I have been here twice for myself and once with my 2-yr-old. Every visit has been a pleasant one. They are quick and efficient, but also do not make you feel rushed out of there. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms with televisions.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This dentist office has made it very clear that the almighty dollar trumps patient satisfaction. They are absolutely unwilling to work with people who cannot plan 6 months in advance for a cleaning. When I ever brought any concern or issue up I got a very fake, of I'm sorry to hear that, but never, EVER any attempt to try to find out why I was unhappy. Even when I said I was planning on leaving the practice because of customer service, they made no attempt to keep me. They basically made me feel like, well there's the door. They want to get as many patients in the door as possible to pay for their pretty new office and you are definitely not a person but a number. The dentist walks in after a cleaning, has no idea who you are, takes his look and walks out. I understand how healthcare works. I work in healthcare and the way they treat patients like a number is terrible. I would not recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. They had multiple times in contact with me to try to make things right and never once made any attempt whatsoever. Zero stars by far.

The best staff in Gardner! Always friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I never have to wait long to be seen and Emily is the best hygienist. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Haworth and his team always give the friendliest, thorough, professional service each and every time. Coming in you're always greeted with the nicest receptionists and care. Having a new hygienist on my cleanings is always a great opportunity to meet more of the team and every time it's always been a pleasure and they do an excellent job! If you have a problem with your teeth, they get you in pretty quickly and give you great feedback on what the problem is and they fix it. I have been going here for more than 5 years and the standard is set high with cleanliness and making sure every patient feels comfortable and treated fairly and you won't be waiting forever, they are quick with high quality care. My kids and I have had positive experiences at Gardner Dentists LLC. The staff is so patient and gentle with my little ones. They went from being afraid to go to the dentist, to actually looking forward to check ups!
