I’m new to Lawrence, KS. Finding a new dentistry can be stressful cause you don’t really know what you’re gonna get. Over the last weekend I discovered I have an infected wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. After calling around 20 dentist in the area I found this one. They were able to get me in immediately. Throughout the whole process the staff was amazing, they explained everything perfectly and just showed great customer service. I will 100% recommend this office to anyone who needs dental work. They have insurance plans to help with those who might struggle financially. Not one bad thing I can say about this office. Thank you to everyone who was involved in my four wisdom tooth surgery today. I’ll definitely be back for any and all dental work.

From coming in the door to leaving I had a great experience. Going to the dentist is always triggering for me, cause I know it will be pricey. After another google search I found West Lawrence Dentistry. I know it was going to be pricey because of what I needed done. I was having doubts for no reason, they all were great and friendly. Everyone explained to me so I would understand. I appreciate them taking the time to explain it to me, but not talk down to me. I would definitely recommend them, they all were very helpful and I was able to get the care I needed and a price that would work for me. I’m going to have my mom come up here! Think I found my new dentist!!

If I could give "negative" stars I would! This place is a scam and I should've known considering as soon as I walked in another patient was on the phone with their insurance trying to resolve issues. They told me I needed a deep cleaning that my insurance would not cover and refused to give me a regular cleaning when I asked for it. They told me that I would be charged a certain amount and then overcharged my insurance. They didn't even give me back my insurance card. I had to go back inside right before close to retrieve it and they were not very apologetic. I left this office way more stressed than I did going into it. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! It is honestly quite embarrassing that a place like this has to stoop so low and scam people, especially college students to put money in their pockets. PATHETIC!

I’m very pleased with their service, from the ladies at the reception till I saw Dr.Anjali. Everyone was awesome.. My oral hygienist; Amy was very thorough and patient with me throughout the process… 👍👍

Money hungry staff. They told me to get a crown instead of a simple fill that gave me pain for 4 months straight. The dentist obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing. I ended up extracting the tooth and wasting $800+ over nothing. It’s a scam. The disk staff also didn’t seem to care at all and wouldn’t send over my receipts with description. I don’t recommend.

Absolute best staff and service one could ask for at a dentist office. I have anxiety and was freaking out but the Staff all helped me to feel better and they did my crowns and there were no issues. Prices are also fair. I love everything about west lawrence dentistry! I reccommend this place to everyone

No question the absolute greatest experience I have ever had at a dentists office. Everyone was kind and helpful, easy to talk to, and the Dr. took the time to adequately explain what was going on with my dental health, as well as how she thought it best to approach my treatment plan moving forward and exactly what each step would entail. The cost of everything was also very well broken down, explained, and transparent - rather than just being booked for an appointment and told it would be an astronomical amount with no understanding. On top of all of that they are not only able but willing and happy to work out a payment plan for your treatment. And just to add one more cherry on top - my birthday is coming up and I have a visible front tooth cavity I really wanted to get taken care of - they went above and beyond to get me in prior to my birthday and make that happen, and even put me on a wait list in case they could get me in sooner. Obviously I have nothing but great things to say about the place and the people who make it run. 11/10 best dentists office around!

I do not remember the name of your new hygienist and dentist but have never been so thankful to meet them. The hygienist was diligent with my cleaning even going so far to use an air gun so she did not miss anything. She discovered a cavity in an odd place. The dentist came in and agreed to fix it on the spot. Wow. You usually have to schedule an appointment for a different day. The gentle care I was provided made my visit not so stressful. I feel hopeful about getting additional dental care above a cleaning. I felt safe in their hands and cared for. Thank you I really appreciated your attentiveness.
