All staff very friendly and professional. Dr. Trivedi is patient, very kind, and truly cares about the best outcome for her patients. She continually checks to make sure you are comfortable while she is working. She works quickly but does not sacrifice perfection. I skipped the dentist for many years I hate to say out of fear, but after each visit my anxiety gets lower and lower. She is the best - I have NEVER said that about a dentist! I am glad she is young as hopefully she will be around for as long as I need her.

If you want to get a letter from a debt collector before they submit your claim correctly to your insurance, Dr. Yip is the dentist for you. They submitted my dental claim to my secondary insurance before my primary insurance. So my secondary insurance denied the claim and said it has to be processed by the primary insurance first. Instead of doing that they just sent me the bill. I called them and was told it would be corrected. It never was corrected and when I called them again I was told my primary insurance sent the check to the wrong address. They also told me not to worry about it because I wouldn't be sent to collections or anything. I checked all the claims on my primary insurance company's website and they did not have a record of the claim being processed. So today I got a letter in the mail from a debt collector named Amer Assist stating I owe for an outstanding debt to Dentists of Lenexa. I guess they think it's ok to mess up how they submit your claim and expect you to just pay for it and if you don't they send you to the debt collector. I had a couple of other dental claims denied by my primary insurance company stating they weren't a preferred provider. This didn't make any sense because other claims were processed ok. When I contacted my insurance company they said the only reason they were denied was because Dentist of Lenexa used an incorrect provider number. So if you decide to go here, they may have issues submitting your claims correctly.

A great experience. Greeted by a friendly front staff who answered all my questions. Dr Yip was clear and concise, very nice person to talk to. He helped me understand what is going on. The interaction made me feel comfortable. I would easily recommend this place to a friend.

Me gusto mucho la higienista Taylor me uso una limpieza fabulosa y tiene la mano muy suavecita, y La jefa de enfermeras Alejandra me tomo buenas radiografías y El Dr. Wilson Yip me explico muy bien todo y los de enfrente son muy amables recomiendo esta clínica dental hablan los dos idiomas y son muy profesionales.

Muy buena experiencia en esta oficina. Dr Yip me ayudo a sentirme mejor después de un problema en mi muela. Lo que me encantó fue que Dr Yip es directo, paciente y detallista con respecto a tus necesidades. La oficina está completamente espectacular y organizada. Las recepcionistas con buena actitud. Ale asistente De Doctor Yip es fenomenal bien detallista. Se puede sentir su pasión por su trabajo pues me sentí contento y confidente con ella.
