I really like this dentist. Nice staff and prompt, no nonsense care makes it an easy choice for me. This is a good office with good prices. Just straight forward, no hassle, dental care.

I went for my first appointment at the Shawnee location only to be told on arrival that establishing an online MyChart account was a mandatory business practice.
Although I made it clear that I was willing to share my health information with the dentist and the office personnel, I did not want an online account, even one that is "password-protected."
I was told there was no choice, either sign up or not be seen. When I chose not to be seen, the receptionist became very sarcastic and rude.

I went in Jan of 2020 for a cleaning and was told that I needed several cavities filled and a couple of my fillings were losing their integrity so they should be replaced with new overlays. I was told that the overlays were guaranteed for life. If I EVER had an issue to come back and they would fix it. Found out they are only guaranteed for 5 years. And I've had to have one reattached twice (thanks to the guarantee it was at no cost). I don't even want to talk about how
off the color is.
When she injected the numbing stuff she hit the nerve EACH time (did the top and bottom of my right side) making tears stream down my face because it hurt so bad.
I have had dental issues since I can remember and know it shouldn't hurt that bad.
I had tears streaming down my face and my blood pressure was rising. They kept checking it but didnt offer anything besides a bored 'are you ok' every 2 min.
At this point I'm dissasociating to just be able to get through the apt.
It took over a year before I could chew on that side of my mouth as the bite was so off. I went back several times to try to get my bite corrected but all that resulted was more drilling which didn't help anything.
I will never recommend this place.

I went to Shawnee Modern Dentistry and saw Dr. Pardeep Gill. Dr. Gill was incredible! She was very patient and straightforward about what dental treatment I need. She was such a pleasant dentist. Very nice and friendly staff as well; with a very clean and vibrant environment. I would recommend Dr. Gill to anyone seeking professional and pleasant care. :)

Honestly... go elsewhere. I started going and they did my initial cleanings and suggested some fillings. I had some work that needed to be don’t but didn’t know where to begin… they didn’t help. In the 2 years I visited them, a treatment plan was mentioned after I suggested. I needed braces, and Dr. Gill made sure to speak to me in a condescending tone.
I’ve recently stopped going and am finding a new dentist. Horrible experience.
The old staff was much better and had compassion... this group is pushy and rude. Contact other offices if you want someone with a positive approach.

I don't live in the KC area but had an emergency with a broken crown and was able to schedule a last-minute appointment with Dr. Pardeep Gill. She was an excellent dentist and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend her!

Horrible customer service. We will never take our business here ever again. We were in at 7am and made to wait for 4 HOURS past our appointment because the patient had a a glass of water between 4-7am. We were to be taken back at 8:50 and a patient who came into the office after us who also stated they had had some water this morning. This patient was allowed to go back and have their surgery and was not made to wait hours like we had to. This is GARBAGE. When I asked to speak to someone about why this was allowed Dr. Gayed was extremely rude and pushy and her his little hygienist there to antagonize me. If you value service at all, do not do business with this office!

I had a crown replaced in July 2021. I was told it may be sensitive but if it continued to let them know and they would recommend a root canal and then replace the crown. I reached out starting in Oct 2021 and my calls and emails were only replied to by the front desk, the Dentist never contacted me or assisted. Finally due to too much discomfort, I had to seek assistance elsewhere and pay for what I was told they would cover.

Best dental experience I have ever had.... EVER! From the minute I walked in the door, each and every person I encountered was friendly, professional, and put me at ease. They were SO welcoming, and dare I even say... the staff made my appointment fun (I am pretty sure I was laughing through most of my appointments). Dr. Blum was thorough, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain all of my different treatment options. I love that they donate to charity water, which makes me feel like I'm personally doing good when choosing to have my treatment completed here. I live quite a distance from this office, and will continue to make the drive because of the quality of care I have received.

I saw Dr. Gill and her dental assistant Bailey. They are both caring and do a lot to make you comfortable. I feel like they provided high quality dental care and am sending my husband to be treated next.
