1 star due to horrible scheduling. I made an appointment two weeks ago to have a routine cleaning on April 6th. However I got a call today with less then 24 hours notice saying that they need to reschedule me. The soonest time they can get me back In would be may 4th. I get it everyone makes mistakes but only 24 hours notice with such a long wait to reschedule is insulting. Thank goodness I can reverse any pto i took for this or they would have cost me time and money.

Dr. Yip bill came out to $1400 for regular cleaning, I guess because they took a bunch of x-rays for first visit. Insurance paid it all so it was fine but just seemed exorbitant.

I, Tony solemnly swear that Dentist of Lenexa is a GREAT place to go to the staff are full of professionals and caring people who considers your health and pockets and very confident in their positions to always make you feel comfortable and assured that you will receive that same love they give you from start to finish.
